Artemis flew high overhead, looking carefully for any sign of a Wingull around. This was going to prove to be more difficult than she first realized, as there were literally hundreds of Wingull who called this beach and surrounding area home. As she flew, she asked if anyone had seen a Wingull by the name of "Peeko." Not long after, she was directed towards a small cove. Some of the wild Wingull had seen her heading that way not too long ago.
Keegan kept watch for the return of his Pokemon, still continuing to try and console the distraught Mr. Briney. He hoped they'd find the AWOL Pokemon, otherwise his only real chance to get to Dewford would be all washed up.

"Where should we go next?" Kasiya asked herself. She'd managed to find a stick she could use as a makeshift crutch, and she was carefully making her way around the temporary camp, Hiro right beside her in case she fell. "I can't wait until this heals," she grumbled. "If I ever see that Mai person again, it'll be too soon!" She sighed and sat back down by the fire, which was now a pile of smoldering embers.
"So I guess now would be a bad time then?" Mai said, walking up to the camp. She and her Flygon had landed a few minutes ago, and had easily found them.
"No, not you," Kasiya groaned, and turned away from the Rocket admin. "I don't want you here. Go away."
"Heh, isn't that sweet of you," Mai clicked her tongue and continued on, not phased by the fearsome growls coming from the Arcanine. "I just thought you'll like your PokeNav back," she said, adding a sarcastic sweetness to her voice as she spoke. She held the device up so Kasiya could see.
"How nice of you," Kasiya growled, returning the sickeningly sweet voice. "Give it to me and go."
"Not that simple, darling," Mai grinned. "First you have to give back the Pokemon you stole. You know, that Sandslash. Hand it over and you get your little toy back."

Nina nodded a little bit. "Right," she said, "let's go. The sooner we get there, the better."

There were a few dings; three to be exact. One for each of his Pokemon. Nurse Joy returned his Pokemon on the little tray. Kilik picked up the Pokeballs, and released Flareon from its home. "Flareon!" it barked happily, jumping into Kilik's arms. It quickly jumped back to the ground, noticing its owner was soaked.
"All right then," he said, clasping a hand on Nina's shoulder and nodding, "Let's take the train. Unless Sabrina has a faster way?" he looked at the Gym leader with a cocked eyebrow.

Sabrina grinned a bit as she reached for a Pokeball at her belt. "It's funny you should say that," she said, "because I do happen to have a faster way." With a flick of her wrist, the Pokeball hit the floor and out popped Oracle. "Kilik and Nina, please approach Oracle, and put your hand on her head. She'll take care of the rest." Approaching her Pokemon, Sabrina laid her left hand on its head. She beckoned Nina to do the same, and she complied.
The girls then looked toward Kilik.

Flareon tilted its head to the Alakazam. "Well, Sabrina..." he laughed, scratching the back of his head, "I didn't expect you to have a faster way. Better get inside, buddy." He held up Flareon's Pokeball and put it back to his home, placing his ball onto his belt. The boy placed his hand on Oracle, closing his eyes. Teleport...oh boy... he gulped.

After Sabrina, Nina, and Kilik had all clsoed their eyes, Oracle did the same. A few moments later, she initiated the Teleport, making the three trainers experience the feeling that they were riding on a rollercoaster at a speed of hundreds of miles per hour. The usual feeling of warmth also was expected to be running over their bodies.
After what may have felt like hours, but in reality was less than about ten seconds, Oracle delivered the trainers into the Viridian City Pokemon Center. "Well everyone," she said, as Sabrina and Nina's eyes opened, "we're here."

Kilik opened his eyes. Everything was moving in circles and he seemed to have double vision. He let go of Oracle, stumbling back a little bit. "It hurts to think..." he whispered, holding his head. Kilik felt an uncomfortable feeling in his stomach. "Oh boy..." he groaned. The boy shook his head, letting the feeling subside. "All right then. To the base!" he laughed, pointing at the Gym. He stumbled a little bit more, before falling onto his bottom. He let out a small groan.

Recalling Oracle, Sabrina then turned her gaze toward Kilik. She extended her arm toward him and her palm glowed red, and his body did a moment later as well. With a small yet swift upward motion of her hand, she made Kilik stand. A second later, Sabrina's hand faded the red color, as did Kilik's body.
"Are you sure you don't want me to lead?" she asked with a bit of a chuckle.

He tapped his forehead, putting on a triumphant look on his face. "I'll do it. I'm the ex-Rocket...twice removed." He started walking toward the Gym. His feet crunched against the somewhat dead grass. Kilik looked over his shoulder at his two female comrades. "So, I'll get Scyther," he held up the empty Park Ball, "and you two cover me. Your psychic powers will be more than enough for those punks." He ran a thumb over his nose.

"You know," Nina said, "about a year ago I would have been amazingly opposed to using my powers against another person." She raised an eyebrow and grinned a bit. "At this moment, I'm very glad that it isn't last year." She nodded to Sabrina, and looked to Kilik, before heading to the door. "Lead the way."

Kilik smiled, "Well, I'm starting to think it's a good thing it's not last year, either." The boy blushed. Because then I wouldn't have known you, he thought. He pushed the door open and smirked. "Giovanni! I'm home!" he called out tauntingly. Kilik ushered the two girls in before closing the door behind them. "All right. I'm sure that Scyther is still in the labs. Follow me and don't touch anything." He snapped his fingers, just like Giovanni himself did. A door opened underneath Giovanni's room. "Come on," he whispered.
Rena looked over her shoulder, noticing the door had opened. She blinked, seeing Kilik emerge from the light outside in the main Gym. A smile appeared on her face, but left as quickly as it came upon seeing Nina and Sabrina. She dashed behind Scyther's tube, not saying a word to the scientists.

Flannery chuckled lightly at the photo, and quicky finished off her dinner. She wiped her mouth on a napkin, folding it neatly next to her empty plate. "They sure look like they're having a good time, don't they?" she smiled, setting her elbows on the table and resting her chin in her palms.

And yelling out to Giovanni is a good idea? Sabrina thought-spoke to Kilik. And, who needs to touch things when you can move them with your brain? She grinned a bit.

Quiet you! he retorted. Kilik looked around slowly for his Scyther; of course, it didn't take long. It was in the middle of the room in a bright blue tube. His Scyther hovered inside of it with wires and tubes connected to it. "Let my Scyther go!" he barked out, running toward a scientist and pushing him into the tube. He heard it crack lightly.
"Kilik!!" Rena barked out, appearing from behind the tube, "Did you think you could come in here and just get that Scyther back so easy?"
"No," he growled, "I didn't think at all. I didn't expect to you be here either. Sabrina!" Kilik looked at Rena with a dark expression, "Get her out of my way." He turned his attention back to the tube. The other scientists had high-tailed it by now. Kilik tackled the container a few times, each time the glass cracking a little bit more. He pulled out Weezing's Pokeball. "Weezing! Tackle attack!" he said, throwing up the ball. From the bright light revealed his newest evolved partner, running into the tube. It fell onto the ground, groaning. "Get over it!" Kilik barked, running into the container again.
"I don't think so! Electabuzz!" she threw up a Rocket Ball to reveal her electric Pokemon.
