Hikari's mind had a jolt through memory lane, as her eyes widened. The familiar voice, and he called her by her name. She choked on a breath and took a step back. "Nohota?..." she said quietly. "Nohota-san?..."

There was a soft grin that plastered over his face. Continuing the dematerlizing of his fallen comrade, he looked up at her, the emotionless mask covering up his face. " Nohota died 9 years ago....Now its Omina.... Omina Genesis." he said slowly, there was a cracked smile on his lips now, though not visible to her. "Was it the head band that gave me away... Hi-chan?"

A tear fell from Hikari's face. She downcasted her eyes. "Slighty... I think the voice and you saying my name was a bigger hint..." Hikari made what seemed like a sob or a choking sound. It wasn't noticable. "How... have you been?" She had to ask, as she brought her face up to a force smile. "It's... been a... very long time hasn't it?"

The body seemed to be half decomposed, the secrets hidden within Origo wasn't going anywhere but back to the Shadow Village. "So long yet the same old Hi-chan... You have any idea how long I've been watching you? Here i thought you was going to destory the entire battle field...yet you fill it with flowers and send your enemy tumbling to the ground. The Izumo blood still flows in your blood..." he stated, turning his head back down. " Things are ok for me....not good, nor bad... I deal with it, but im much stronger...then we last met."

Hikari smiled. "I guess I have felt that I have been watched..." Hikari kneeled down and picked up a colorful flower. "I still remember those od memories we had..." she let the flower drop, and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "I guess... I never wanted those memories to go away..." She closed her eyes, and looked at him. "Is power all that important to you?... Is it what you always wanted? Is power the reason why you... left?" She had to ask to confirm her deepest thoughts.

Omina stayed silent for a moment, seeming as though to be contemplating this in his own mind, before speaking aloud. "I may have been an Anbu...But no, Power wasn't all that i wanted... Power was just the beining of more yearnings and desires... I still want more, and theres things I still have to do. " There was a pause in his voice shaking his head to the side as he continued his process. " You know...I'm not narrow minded Hi-chan. I have a reason.... And theres no way im going to be coming back...So don't ask."

Hikari downcasted her eyes. "I see... I wil wonder what it is you are searching for... But I guess that'll never happen..." Hikari smiled sadly. "I don't expect you to come back... But I still wsh to know what you have been doing from time to time... It has been 9 years without you..."

"I've been living.... Planning, and helping... Still training to become stronger, and handling my ordeal. " There was a brief sigh as he tilted his head to the side. " Im with the shadows now... But don't worry...I haven't told any secrets... I always keep my honor..And you should know that." There was a breath pause in his voice, his mood remained calm, relaxed. " I've been missing you for 9 years...Sometimes i ask myself...was it really worth it? I can never answer that question."

Omina shot his head up and stared at her from behind the mask, the body almost completely dismantled he stood up from the ground, towering above her just abit. " Hi-chan...Your honestly not going to believe that trash are you ?" he asked seriously, reaching out, taking hold of her arm, not forcfully but firm. " Never believe it....Not even for a second."
