Zane quietley stuck his hands downward were they could 'see' them as a joke, still making sure to be hidden.

Nikki still hid up in the farthest reaches of the trees. She hoped to all that was vampiric and tainted, that no one would discover her up here. She tugged her hood tighter around her milky features, wishing that her eyes werent so bright.

Miguel smiled a little as the guards came into view. he thought to himself, 'and now... the show begins...' he nonchalantly raised both hands, completely open, above his head, and held them there for a moment, as a sign of non-aggession. he chuckled a little, not really condescendingly or evilly, but light-heartedly. "hello." overall, he seemed like he was not to concerned with being apprehended, even though he knew he was about to be.

She saw her colleagues to be in a bit of trouble. She hopped down from her precarious position, still hiding her face in her deep crimson hood. For now no one would be able to tell what side she was on unless they took a pretty good long look at her face.

Zane looked up and saw another person in a red hood. "If she interfiers, miguels going to jail..." He said unconciously to himself

Nikki leaned against the tree trunk. She sensed that it would benefit everyone if she didnt interfere just yet.

Zane was a bit nervous because if he was seen, he would go down too. Should he run away? He didnt know.

Miguel chuckled slightly. "well, then. i guess we'd better not keep them waiting." he started forward, towards them, but stopped after one step, realizing he needed to be careful. "shall we?" he meant leaving for the capital, or wherever they were planning to take him.

The guad grunted and grabbed Miguel's arm. He shoved him towards the capital, "Walk scum."

Miguel didnt react to the shoving, aside from just walking. he chuckled. "scum is such a strong word..." he mumbled, jokingly, as he continued walking where the guard had him doing so. he was going thru his mind, devising a poverbial plan b, incase partially bull****ing the higher authorities didnt work. he, to a slight degree, liked the feeling of being able to have a plan b like this, and having nothing really to lose.

Miguel didnt respond, but rolled his eyes when his face was away from the guards view. he shrugged. "at least im cooperating." he turned his head to the guard. "i mean... you are dealing with the..." he realized, then added, "well... the former senior councilor of the Necromancy Council..." he turned his head forward again. "so its not like im cooperating out of fear..."
