Zahzi looked up at the clock. He studied it for a few moments.
"It...Should be on in five minutes, actually..." he said, looking at her.
He looked around where the cake had been thrown and saw that nothing was left, since Vosa had actually eaten all of the debris.
"Such a good dog..."

Amnity whistled, and Vosa was at her side right away, still licking some frosting from his nose. She petted him and smiled. "Good boy." He barked, then trotted off into the living room. Amnity followed after him and sat on the couch, turning on the TV. She looked back over at Zahzi and motioned him to help her. "You handle the remote, I might accidentally break something I didn't intend to break."

Zahzi slowly stood up, and walked over to the couch.
"Now, now...Let's not be too doubtful of ourselves." he said with a smile, sitting down on the couch.
He picked up the remote, and changed the channel to channel 55. The credits for another show were on, but it also said Crisis Point was coming on.
"Well, we just have to be patient..."

Amnity nodded and waited. After a few minutes she looked over at Zahzi, a question burning in her throat, but she never had the chance to ever ask it. "Hey Zahzi.....It's not that I'm not grateful or anything but....Why do you help me?" She looked over at him. "In the beginning, I treated you like sh**. I'd shoot you, I'd hurt you, I'd always be responsible for your hospitalizations....But you help me. You tolerate me, you teach me, you believe in me....You do so much.....Why?" She wasn't used to sentimental moments, but this one just needed to be out there. "I definitely don't deserve it....So why do you do it?"

Zahzi looked at the celing, contemplating his answer.
He then held up two fingers.
"Two reasons.
One, I care for you. This I've already established." he said with a smile.
"Two, you were exactly like me back before the Na'tormi took me in. You see, I used to act just like how you did when I first met you..."

Amnity smiled when he smiled at her and nodded. "Alright.....I guess that answer works." She let out a light chuckle, then turned back to the TV when the opening of Crisis Point went on. The soldier hugged one of the pillows on the couch and watched the show obediently.

"Hmm...It's funny how so many people think it's possible to beat the police without superhuman abilities..." he said with a smirk.

"I would at least run faster...." Amnity said, chuckled. Vosa stretched out and laid down on the carpet by his master's feet.

"Then you have the idiots who think they can take on an entire squad with conventional weapons...Who the hell uses a knife against people with semi-automatic pistols..?" Zahzi asked aloud with a grin.

Amnity smiled. "Yeah, you're right. If I were in their shoes I would have given up a while ago....." She then thought. "And while I'm in jail, I could probably create a weapon with whatever materials I may find lying around...I don't know, maybe." She grinned.

"Although it helps when you can make the jail doors open on your end..." he said with a smirk. Apparently he had...Experiance on the oposite end of the Criminal Justice System...
"You could usually find weapons left behind by previous inmates already, too..." he added with a shrug.

"Trust me, it's not all that grand of a place, like so many will tell you." he said with a sarcastic tone.

Amnity laughed, then remembered something. "Have I ever told you the time where I actually broke Laviatar out of jail?" It sounds ridiculous, crazy, but it was all true.
