dEx looked up at Gana and hoped she didn't mess up too much. Then she nodded to Drago.
She pulled a smaller piece of clay off of the lump. Then she placed the rest of the lump into her pouch for safe keeping.
She focused her chakra into her hand and then into the clay. It began to warm and then harden a bit in her hand. dEx continued to focus chakra into it. Finally it cracked, but it didn't explode.
"Darn, that can't be good." said dEx with a frown.

He just staired at Gana. He threw both of them the wieghts.
"its called Exploding clay not hot clay...Watch.."
He said slowly. He sliced a small piece of clay and formed itinto a spider. He formed a handseal andd placed the charka inside of the clay. The spider moved for a few moments and exploded.
"It doesn't take much...You must get it to move...and Explode...But we will focus on Explosions for now.."

Gana looked at Drago and nodded. he grabbed the weights and put them on barely feeling a thing from the weight. he then took a larger clump of clay and formed it into a Kunai. he closed his eyes again and began to concentrate, his chakra flowed into the kunai and it began to harden and heat up. he thought he might have it this time so before it could blow up he threw the Kunai at the ground a few feet in front of them and watched as he started a small fire. he started to sigh sa he stomped out the fire. he looked back at Drago and prepared for the weights

dEx put the weights on her wrist. Then she began to focus again. After thinking about it she realized that she couldn't fill it up with chakra gradually or else it would harden and crack. She needed to do it suddenlly and stress the whole piece and then it should explode.
Closing her eyes allowed her to imagine it more clearly and she forced a burst chakra into it. Then she pushed a larger burst into it and the small piece of clay didn't explode, but it cracked all over and fell into pieces in her hand.
"Hmm...I guess 2 bursts of chakra wasn't good either."

Drago shook is head slwoly.
"Exploding..Exploding..."
He threw them another 2 set of wieghts.
"Smaller Clumps of clay about the size of younger finger...Yor body can't handle that much chakra loss."
Drago looked and showed how much clay to use.
"About this much."
He then turned towards dEx.
"you are working at a good speed... but don't think as much...just relax...and let he chakra flow.."

"how can I make clones that explode but I cant make clay explode." Gana said sighing and shaking his head. Gana took off another small piece of clay and docused. 'well, if too little too slowly makes it crack and too much too fast makes it get too hot. then let me try this.' he thought to himself as he filled the clay with chakra holding it enclosed in his hands and tilting his head down. after a few moments he felt a small explosion, he opened his eyes and his hands and saw that hardly any of the clay had blown up. Gana let out a sigh as he looked at his blackened clay

dEx nodded as she caught the weights and put them on. Her arm was really feeling heavy. She broke a smaller piece off of her piece of clay and put the rest with the bigger lump in her pouch.
She decided to shape it into a block as it allowed her to concentrate more on the structure of the clay. She closed her eyes and took a moment to relax and free her mind by picturing nothing except for the block of clay. Again she focused her chakra and pushed it into the clay with one strong burst.
dEx opened her eyes and looked at the small block of clay as her chakra filled it. Then to her delight it exploded with a little pow in her hands.
"Ouch! That stings. yelped dEx as she threw the clay out of her hand.
Shadow who had been off playing in the woods had reappeared, but ran away yelping when the clay exploded. dEx shook her head at Shadow.

"Okay we are making progress slowly but shurly..You each have 80 pounds of wieghts on you..."
He throws them another set of twenty.
"Tell you what when you get to a hundred you can place them on your ankles. Anyways...This has to flow. You can't thik about that much...this is artwork. Just let the chakra flow threw there like it is an extentision of you."
Drago nods that is the best way that he could think of it.
"Good job dEx..do it again and we shall start on the net step soon. You cna do it Gana baby steps... remember that.."

Gana grunted at how slowly he was going at this. "ok, how do I do it with my clones." he mumbled to himself as he tore off another piece of clay and held it in his hands closing his eyes. his chakra went right into the clay and he thought about his clones and how he made them explode. inside of his hands while he was putting the chakra in he was molding it into random shapes. he slowly faded out as he felt a much stronger explosion. he opened his hands to see the clay was gone. "d-did I do it." he said looking at his hands in confusion

dEx added the weight and nodded to Drago. She pulled a piece the same size as before out of her pouch Then she closed her eyes and relaxed her mind and body. Then she let burst of chakra flow into her arm and up through her hand into the clay. After a moment it exploded and this time dEx pulled her hand away as it did so that it didn't sting her hand quite as much.
"It was much easier to let it flow gradually like that." said dEx with a smile.
Shadow peeked around a tree and came back over to dEx to show off a stick he had found. dEx laughed and petted him on the head.
"You go play with that. I'll walk you a little bit later."
Shadow ran off quickly as Gana's clay exploded. dEx looked at him and smiled when she saw that he had done it.

"Okay now that your got clay to explode..."
HE takes a big sigh...
"Its time for you to make it move...That means yes...It has to have legs..."
Drago took out his example of a person and a spider.
"If you are famliar with Henge no Bunshun this should be sort of simple..."
Drago nodded as he placed the clay on the ground as he transfered his chakra into it. The clay figurine walked around in a circle and exploded.

Gana let out a sigh as he ripped off a piece of clay and made what could be closest construed as a squid. he had a confused look on his face looking at was he made. 'and I want to be the best.' he thought to himself with a chucle as he put the squid on the ground. he put his chakra into it and watched as it began to move. one of the tentacles squirmed forward and pulled it a ways while the others just seemed to not even try, after the first step the squid blew up

dEx nodded as she pulled out another piece of clay. She quickly molded it into a dog simliar to Shadow. Then she placed on the ground and let chakra flow into it.
The little clay dog shook and wiggled and then exploded. dEx frowned as she studied the clay to try and understand what went wrong.
"I guess it is time for more weights." she said with a sigh.

"okay we have some movements...Think smaller dEx for now...Like the size of a bug...or a ver y minutre dog.."
hE said slwoly as htrew them the wieghts. He looked and he nodded.
"Yeah you two are going to be very tone when we move back to taijutsus..."
He said with a nod.
((One more post then bed for me you can train on your own with this techinque and then I will quiz you on it aif we have done seven post for it...))

Gana grabbed the weights as he glared at Drago wishing this wasnt so difficult. he put them on and his arms almost fell roght off of his body. he lifted them back up and grabbed some clay. he formed it in his fingers into an almpost exact replica of a realy fly. he opened his eyes with a smile as he tosed the fly into the air. the fly flapped its wings a few times and quickly plummeted to the ground. "awww, not more weight." he said as he kicked the fly. as soon as his foot hit the fly it exploded burning his foot. "oww." he said hopping up on one foot amazed that he could stand on one foot with so much weight. "remind me not to do that." he said with a chucle
