There's a Steam sale going on, so my brother got me Torchlight 2, Dead Rising 2, Civilisation 4, Batman Arkham City and Castle Crashers. There may or may not be more on the way.

The Kid didn't know it then, but he was in for one hell of a ride.
Love the game, love the lore, love that when you look deeper, you realize a very disturbing fact.

Right now I'm Batman. It's been ages since I've played a game that actually pulled me in like Arkham City does, plus Catwoman is also a hoot to play as. What I like the most is, that despite everything thrown at the Bat in the game, he just passes it off as another evening on the job. I also like how he goes about dealing with the other super criminals, with a casual "I don't have time to fight you right now, so watch your back" kind of attitude.
When I'm done with Batman, which may take a few more days as I want to get all the Riddles out of the way and rescue the hostages, then I'll move on to the Walking Dead.

Batman is a pretty good game, but isn´t that long in comparison to
Arkham Asylum. :/
It has some ok easter eggs too and the side quests are fun. ^^

They crammed an awful lot into the game, perhaps too much. I've been mostly hard at work (not literally) getting the Riddler hostages free, which is best done by beating the crap out of his informants. Right now I'm at 45% on the Enigma matter.
All in all, the game is great and has some awesome moments:
- Finding a policeman holding an umbrella instead of a gun in the Iceberg Lounge.
- Visiting Murder Alley, not really awesome, but a great moment in Batman mythos.
- Being a silent predator and picking off enemies one by one, still bleeding awesome!
- And the best of all, when attacking by Tiny the Shark, Batman gets to use his, heh, "shark repellent" on it.
I've also played through the first chapter of the Walking Dead. Camera issues aside, it's good. My only complaint is if every episode is going to have a moment where you need to pick which person gets to die, no thanks. talk2hand
