Yes it is. No he didn't die, he was last in Asylum season 3. I highly doubt they are goin to bring him black now though.... only because i highly doubt they could bring him back without totally messing up the whole jimmy role and explaining why they look exactly the same.

basically. Plus Identical cousins is almost impossible, to be identical you would have to have identical DNA strands. That would mean you would have to have two identical brothers mate with two identical sisters.... I am going to guess that doesn't happen very often. Only because that has to get confusing at times.
