Neb sat what was once Jabba's throne, as he meditated. The stench was quickly lost as he grew accustomed to it. A tinkling of chimes came, unnaturally, as they crashed not with grace, but with dischord. At that time, a strong presence came with it. Neb stayed silent, collected as usual, not even opening his eyes.

Phoenix continued through the palace,a musty smell filling his nose. He quickly dismissed it, as he pushed away the cobwebs, when he felt a presense. Jedi Phoenix continued through the palace, until he reached a room full of deactivated droids. The presence grew stronger, and aas Phoenix walked through the rubble of the droids, he found a door. Carefully turning the handle, he entered the expansive room that he realized was Jabbas throne room. And seated upon the throne, was a person. Quickly running back to the droid room, he pulled the hood of his cloak above his head, as to not reveal his face. He hid his lightsabers, but kept a spot in his mind ready to summon them to his hands, if the eneed be. Going back into the the throne room, he began walking towards the man on the dusty throne.

The steps, combined with a shuffling of the cloak on the dirt, caught the sensitive ear of Neb. Of course, how could you really sneak up on someone trained in the force when you yourself had quite a strong presence?
"You are as clumsy as a drunken rancor, and your cloak makes quite a ruckus when it hits the sand. Other than that, how may I serve you, oh person of such high demands?" Neb said, peeking out of one eye, and slowly moving out of the lotus position.
"It is also rude manners for someone to hide one's face in the instance of meeting a new person. Take off the hood, and let us converse."

"I choose to keep my face hidden, for there are those, who would pay much to assasinate someone of great status.". Offended, Imperius walked up to face the man.
"And may I ask, why, you sit here, on the throne of an abandoned Hutt Castle?"

"Why would you be here, if you are so great of social status, and without guards? If you fear assassination, you have nothing to fear, so your cloak is merely a tool for hiding your intentions," Neb said, poking his head so close to the cloak that with one single powerful puff and a smile, blew it up long enough to see a glimpse of the face.
"There may be no strength in numbers, have no such misconception, but someone such as you shouldn't test your luck. As for me? I am a mere jedi, who in being unoccupied, decided on a sightseeing trip. However, I must check in soon, otherwise "
Neb quickly stood up, and moved over teh grate, and onto the second step leading to the corridor that led to the great porcullis that was teh entrance. He smiled back, responding,
"Care to join, or are you in need of meditation. You have too much anger pent up as is."

"Well then, Excuse me Master Jedi, but i have no need for meditation."
"And the fact that you are blowing at my face is disturbing. As to why you are inside Jabba's palace by yourself, you have no fear of your secret being squealed. Your secret dies with you today master Jedi."
Imperius then grabbed his two lightsabres, and lit the blades.

Neb ignited the single gold lightsaber, put his hand on his hip, and resumed his fencing stance.
"I've been meaning to renounce my status as merely a diplomat protector, though you may find that I will be enough of a match for such an opponent such as you, sir. I would advise your agression be used in a more constructive manner, before you find someone much stronger than me breathing down your neck."
Neb searched the room one last time, noticing every detail.
"Put your sabers away, or you will not find yourself in a position to be authoritive anymore."
With a quick snap, Neb had the lightsabre in parry number 6 position, with the circular swish, readied himself.

With a smirk on his face, Imperius raised the blades, One with the hilt upward, the other with the blade upward. Imperius had trained for many years to perfect his unique sabre style. He used one blade to parry and counter against the enmies' blows, while the hilt-down blade was used to slice and chop at the enemy.
The enemy has much anger. Anger of the Dark Side
He waved one blade tpwards him in a taunting gesture, and then, the Battle began.
(im so sorry to leave you hanging Nelow, but i have to go)

Neb never made the first attack. It wasn't him to do so. A first slice missed grandeously, not intending to hit, as Neb made an equally poor shot. The combatants locked in blades, as Neb spun with a parry number four.
"Your skill is augmentable. If you were at peace, you would make a fine jedi. But your anger dwarfs your skill with a saber, and with such, you would never make the first day in training."
The two combatants broke the lock, and retained. Neb wasn't even starting to show any skill. He also knew that his opponent was as dexderious as he, and in such, hiding much of his power as well.

Angel snapped awake, not noticing what was going on for a few moments. She looked and saw the merc had caught up with them, and remembered what was happening. She had her hands on her blaster, but seeing the merc having his aimed already, decided it was best not to attempt a quick draw.

Imperius lifted one saber high above his shoulder as if to lunge at the enemy. He quickly pulled the blade back towards himself though, twisting the sabre in his wrist, while he thrust the other saber upwards, but he never saw whether or not the blade connected, as he turned his head towawrds a screeching sound.. He quickly jumped backwards, executing a backward roll in the air. He then stopped and levitated, hood still covering him, while his cloak flareed behind him. Standing at the ready, two feet in the air, he turned both lightsabers facing upwards, and tilted tthem at a 60 degree angle. Blue energy flecked at the silvery-white blades as he waited for the opponent to make the next move.

Cale caught Angle's eye and motioned for her to not draw her weapon. he looked at the merc cooly."One, I don't make apologies to two cred scum like you. two, I was the one hired for the job of protecting this woman. and I don't take on moochers. three, I don't trust gun toting hercanaries who smile too much. However, I trust you know how to duel. we'll fight. we'll have a duel, Space Pirate rules. You and me, no vehicles, just weapons and cunning, on the mesa over there." he pointed to a tabletop formation to the north. "Winner gets the job of escorting this woman to Anchorage. Loser gets stuck with your crappy a** vehicle, on the unlikely event he lives. so, Merc, its you're call. either get the sith out of my face, or fight me in a Pirate Duel."
