A low growl rose in his throat.Hinara was crouching too,growling at the scent of poison gas that had not yet reached them.
Suddenly,Hinaru whipped around and yelled "Takara!Hold your breathe!" and knocking her in the knees,catching her with his other outstretched arm and 'sweeping her off hr feet',so to speak,but quite litterally.
Hinara had already dashed through on all fours,barely needing to hold her breathe for five seconds due to the dmonic speed Hinaru was going to use.
Taking in a gulp of clean air-or what was left- ,Hinaru gripped Takara as tightly as he could and ran through the poison,down the cave and up the hole in a matter of ten seconds.
"Everybody alright?" Hinara asked,already seeing the ninja who intruded long gone.
Hinaru nodded,panting slightly bfore sitting down,still holding Takara tight.

"P-Poison gas..."He panted,letting go of Takara to support himself,leaning back on his hands.His tail twitched aggitatedly,his ears flicked back for any hint of attack or the attacker.

Hinaru coughed,laying back on the hard ground.He looked up at the smoke filled sky;he couldn't tell if it was day or night.
Hinara whimpered softly,seeing the smoke.

She quickly looked him over before identifying the poison and making an antidote.

After a while,Hinaru coughed heavily twice,covering his mouth with his fist.

Hinaru's ears pressed back against his head as he groaned,his tail curling with pain.
Hinaru was bent over,hugging her shoulders.
