Agito then centered him self figuring things out about the Dojo and the Chakra training he then let out some energy from his body

Agito then rested for a short time to regain some chakra, As he did he was still thinking of new ways to get around things.

Agito then returned back in to his fighting style and trained in that for for chakra he then released some chakra from his body.

Shou then looks at his brother. "man im to tired to hit you" Shou then nudges Agito with his foot and poked his head about 3 times "WAKE UP!!!"

Agito looked at his brother and waved thanking him for what he done, Agito then relaxed his mind to regain some energy

Agito then got back in to his guard and rested by relaxing his mind and body, He noticed some flaws he was makeing and wanted to learn how to control his energy more beter

As he learned how to control his energy more Agito Started to emit his energy and learned how much he can take and release from his body Agito then started to release some energy

Agito then stood up back in his stance. He then started to emit for some time to feel it run in his body, Agito then released his energy slowly so he did not over do anything to hurt him self

Shou was careless and got kicked into a the wall, knocking the air out of him. Shou then jumped up and charged the dummy once more, the dummy then threw a right hook
