Star looked to the girl...so that was her and her sister's bond...their agreed fear and hatred of their father...well more like agreed hatred and anger at the man their father had become. Yes...that made a lot of sense actually. While her methods and ideology were off, Star did have one thing she was certain about, and that was that she hated those who abused children and those incapable of defending themselves.
To be sure, Star didn't give a damn about someone who could but didn't defend themselvs but children were helpless...she hated it. She had seen too much of it. Thankfully not first hand. A grin crept across her face as she came up with a lovely idea. She would ahve to handle some things later...yes...that could work.
Turnning back to the girl, she smiled a bit, "Soooo dear. Why don't we head home huh? You and your sister can stay with me. Not in some dingy little hotel. What do you say?" She smiled warmly to the girl even though malice and death was on her mind.

"Huh?" Sari perked up at Star's comment. "R-Really?! You'd let us stay with you!? Are you sure that would be alright...?" Sari was excited to hear such words but didn't want to be a bother to the woman who had helped her and her sister. Though...something seemed a bit off with Star, Sari nodded happily. "I'm sure Mari would feel the same as I do when I say that we'd love to, Miss Star!" The light haired girl smiled up at the woman and stood up. Moving infront of the bed, and Star, she bowed deeply. "Thank you, Miss Star." She practically sang, the happiness she felt was clearly evident in her voice.

Star grinned again and ruffled the air of the girl. She was happy to see the smile ont he girls face but more importantly, she was happy she now had something to do tonight. Of course, this girl wouldn't know about it in the least bit. Heheheh.
Ruffling ehr hair more she then poked her in the head, "Oy, now stop with this 'Miss Star' crap. I told you, just call me Star. I'm like your mother now or something right?" She thens toped and thought about it, "No...I'm to young and sexy to be a mother. Maybe your sister." She laughed a bit and headed to the window, "Now then, you know where my place is right? Go there and take this key. If Kage's not there, just let yourself in. It ain't much but we haven't decorated it. When Kage get's there, just tell him what I told you. I'll handle things here and be right behind you ok love?"
She smiled again and soon headed off to the Kage's office...but first she stoped, "Oy...I just thought about it...I forgot your last name. What was it again dear?"

Batosai began to walk up the road to the apartments. As he walked he took every step with caution due to the mist surrounding him. "The mist is less thicker than this morning. Maybe tomorrow might just be better." He thought as he walked up the stairs to the floor his apartment was located. Once on the floor he turned and walked down the alway to apartment 2-B. He got his key out and used it to unlock the door. Right then he turned the door knob and push the door opened.
He slowly walked into his apartment without turning any lights on in the progress. He made his way to the couch and fell onto it. He tilted his head back and stared at the ceiling for what seemed to him to be a lifetime. Batosai signs as he got up from the couch and walked into an room the was completely empty. Once inside he shutted the door and said to himself, "Time for training."

"Y-Yes 'mam!" Sari said as she stood straight. Taking the keys, she watched Star exit through the window. It caught her a bit off guard when she had asked her what her last name was though. "Oh, uh, Amane." Sari wondered what it was that Star had in mind for her. Oh! What about Mari!? And Tadashi! If they come back and see she's not there, the two would freak out! I'll just leave a note telling Mari where to go...and what Miss...er...what Star had said! Looking around, she tried to find something to write with. Digging in her weapons pouch she found one of her small portable writing tools and a small bottle of ink. Thank goodness she always carried them around! She'd wait for Star to leave before she did any searching for paper though. Anyway, she could already see some on the desk between the two beds in the room.

Once the door shut, Batosai took off his shirt and threw it to corner of the room. He got onto his hands and knees on the floor. As his hand touched the cold floor, he took a couple deep breathes. Once he felt comfortable he was ready to start his push-ups.

He went down until he touched the floor with his nose. But he went a little to fast and ended up hitting his head against the floor. Batosai stood up for a second to check to see if that drew blood or not. Luckly it didn't so he got back into the push-up position to try that again.

Sari sighed and scribbled down some words to her sister. Placing it on the bed, she walked out of the room and headed out of the building. She remembered the number of the place Star lived, but finding it was going to be a bit-nevermind. Sari came upon the door of her house quite easily. Opening the door, she peeked inside. "Um...hello? Mister. Kage....are you here?" Walking inside, she closed the door and realized something. With how she angered him ealier, it wasn't going to be too smart to be in a place with him alone... Started to get scared and looked for a place to hide until Star or Mari came. The place wasn't exactly furnished yet so there wasn't anywhere to go. In the end, she just stood in the door way and looked around nervously for Kage.

Kage...in his normal ominous way, slipped up behind Sari without a word. That was actually quite easier than most would expect considering he was a puppet. Very little waisted motion and with his clothes being pretty much made for stealth, he didn't have to worry about them making swishing noises and what not. He stood behind the girl and looked to her for a long moment.
Eventually, he spoke, "May I help you?" was all he said.

Elsewhere, in another part of the compound, a shadow was sceen leaving one of the houses. A scream came after the shadow had left. It was that of a man. It was preceeded by a bit of conversation, calm conversation at that. But eventually there was silence.
The authorities were called in after a while as a strong smell of death was present. The smell was mixed with heavy alchole and drugs. It took a gas mask for police to even enter the place. What they found inside was a horror show. Blood and body parts were scattered abound. Everything there was was covered with at least a few drops of blood. There was nothing that didn't have a shade of red. The body was completly undetectable in all this gore and mess.
The stench came from the salt air and heat produced by Kiri naturally and the alchol that was scattered about the room. The only thing that wasn't stained was single stool..well it wasnt splattered on and for good reason. It had drippings coming from it. As the authorities looked around, they soon found where the dripping was coming from. Hanging from the ceiling fan was a head and part of a neck with the spin sticking out. Taking it down, they found a note bit tightly within the teeth. It was a suicide note.
The note, in short, read that he was sick of life and couldn't live without his wife. He hated his daughters for causing their death and was just ready to end it. He ended his life by swallowing a ball filled with explosive tags and igniting them in his stomach. Depending on the number, it was highly possible.
After IDing him, they'd simply have to find his daughters as spoken off in the note. What a sad thing to have to tell them.

Sari had been standing there blankly for a few moments, still occupied with looking for somewhere to hide. It was then a voice was heard from behind her. She let out a piercing scream and turned around quickly. Trying to step away, she fell over her own feet and down onto her butt. "Ow!" She said as she rubbed her behind and looked up to see Kage. A sudden rush of nervouseness came upon her as she stumbled over what to say. "M-Mister Kage...sir...uh...I..." She quickly stood up straight and tried not to look him in the eyes. Doing that might make him angry like before. "Miss Star...uh...I mean...Star...said that...me...me and Mari could live with you...two..." Her voice got hushed and low. She wouldn't know if she'd get him upset with her again. You couldn't tell with the way he was...

He looked to her for a longmoment. He was silent as he looked her over. Soon, his eyes shifted behind him as he heard something in the distance but his eyes still came back to her. Looking her over more, he then stepped past her and closed the door behind himself. "I'll go ask for a bigger apartment tommarow then. I don't think this place will be big enough for all 4 of us."
He walked on past her and then into the rest of the house. He vanished into one of the dark corners and spoke again, "Don't stutter. Your a ninja. You shouldn't fear anything." His voice was even and cool like normal. he held no anger towards her.

Batosai stood still in the push-up position as he tried to concentrate. "Okay, lets just get one at least." he thought as he began taking a few deep breathes. After that he looked at the floor beneath him and thought of what he came here for and what he wanted to do, "Here we go." he whispered to himself.
He went down as slowly as possible and touched teh floor with his nose again. But this time he made sure he didn't slam it against the floor. Once he did that he tired to push himself up. But he wasn't able to lift himself up, no matter how much of his might he but into it. Unable to continue trying he fell onto the floor.

Batosai turned himself over onto his back as he failed to get one push-up. He was breathing heavily from trying to succeed but he burned out. "Its been a while since I done any physical exersices. Not since at the temple." As he thought of the temple he began to remember memories of his time at the temple. "Those were the days. It was like heaven on earth." He thought. He turned himself over and got back into position for push-ups.
He took a couple deep breaths again, like it was the basic routine. Batosai then went down until his nose touched the floor again. Once he done that he immediatly tried to lift himself up again. But because he burned out earlier he failed to finished and fell on top of the cold floor.

"Y-Yes sir!" Sari said nervously as she stood stiff. "Oh, it's fine! Me and Mari can just sleep anywhere. It seems like you two only just moved here. Making you move against wouldn't be very nice." She smiled as she stood in her place. She didn't want to walk around and trouble him. By the way his voice sounded...though it was sort of hard to find, she couldn't see him angry at her anymore for earlier. Sari smiled and moved on into the rest of the house as Kage had done. She studied the place from top to bottom. It wasn't as big as her house, but then again, it was quite huge to begin with. Especially since Mari and she were the only ones there most of the time. She started to hum to herself as she looked about. Finding Kage with her eyes, she watched him for a few moments before looking away. Staring wasn't nice, and she wouldn't want to offend him....again...
