"That was this one's concern. Physically, she seems to be fine, psychically however..." The swordsman shook his head in worry. "This one supposes it would do little more harm to take her to her room where she can rest. What do you think?"

Shinta looked back at the S. Cole and recieved a nod. "My abilities are limited, but I do not detect any damage to her spirit. If Cole agrees that rest is the best course of action, then that's all we can do until she wakes. The spell should allow us to find her room merely by requesting it."

Picking up Hikari gently in his arms, he imagined her room and teleported there. Cheebs flew up and settled on his shoulder.

((damn Shinta, you're good at guessing...that is exactly where I was headed =P Oh, and only Adhara should know this, but I gotta go and I want to post, no time to wait for a PM... Hikari's mother's name is Illana...but no one knows this yet but Adhara...))

*Hikari, in her sleep, had fantastic dreams. She was back with her clan in the mountains when she was very young. She saw Adhara being bullied and went to help her. She brought her over to her house where her mother was making breakfast. Her mother smiled up at her and handed her a pitcher to put on the table. She and Adhara were playing at the table while her mother tried to braid Hikari's long silver hair. Then the scene switched to her mother putting her to bed, tucking her in and singing a lullaby. The scenes kept coming. Though still unconcioius, a single word bubbled to the surface and escaped Hikari's lips:*

Illana...

Fairgrass wandered into the kitchen and stood in awe for a moment.

"It's so big. And clean. I don't suppose anyone would mind if I just cooked something for myself . . ."

She headed over to the cupboard and looked inside.

Dyanel gave a shy smile to Shinta and looked around the kitchen. She felt different this time. Things hadn't gone well with Hayate and he wasn't coming back. It was just her and Cheebs once again. She looked up to talk to Cheebs.

"Hey Cheebs, you want some cookies," she asked grabbing him by the collar.

"Cheebs-kun wants star cookies," Cheebs said. He looked at Shinta. "Would you get them for me Shinta-Dono?" he asked hopping onto the table from the counter.

Dyanel looked at Shinta and gave a small smile. She walked to the pantry and got a box of donuts. She sat on a stool and opened the bag.

"Well, I thought I could have a happily ever after, and it seems that this demon is not meant to have one," Dyanel remarked getting up from the stool and getting the milk from the refrigerator.

Cheebs had picked up a cookie and bit down on it. He was looking up at Dyanel's face seeing a bit of sadness in her. Her chewed quietly looking back at Shinta.

Dyanel smiled faintly dunking a donut in her milk. She sat down on a stool watching Cheebs chow down on another cookie.

The keros gulped his cookie down, stretching out and curling up on the countertop next to the box. Dyanel laughed to herself rubbing Cheeb's head.

"Yeah, I believe that's the best thing Shinta," she said running her hand down Cheeb's back. A soft purring sound could be heard as Cheeb's little chest rose and fell steadily.

Dyanel thought for a moment her focus on Cole's aura. She looked at Shinta and gave a soft smile.

"If they were in any real danger I'd feel it." Dyanel remarked. She hoped this was a good answer as she got up from her stool and put the box of cookies away and her cup in the sink. She went back and put back the donuts that for once didn't finish a whole bag.
