Chikuu Geddoe's story sucked for one reason. That ******** mountain path. I hate that goddamn place. I avoid it as much as I possibly can. 2 words... A-Men

The mountain path was good for experience and treasure, but I got annoying going through it time after time after time after time.
Shame, because I love Geddoe.

I'm just glad you only had to go on it like... 3 times. 2 for story purposes, and once more to recruit Futch. But Futch was right by Caleria, so I just teleport there and enter from there.
The music there wasn't half bad, though.

Don't you have to go through there a few times to get the two Vikis as well?

Eh, I thought two was more... thought provoking. And .. for some reason, I love suikoden II for the graphics razz
But this is the Suikoden III thread.. so..!
Best Chapter: Luc's. D:
It's a shame that he *bleeps* in the end. Which is why its not my favorite game... Art is insane, but the game...WHY OH WHY crying .
._. Poor Luccy...

...
Is it really necessary to censor the fact that Luc DIES?
I mean, most people have played the game anyway. And people who haven't... won't really go here anyway. And I'm pretty sure it's a well known fact among fans that he dies... even among the people who haven't played/finished S3. Except for those posers who've only played Suikoden V...

XD The only time I went there was when I was going on a boss raid, and even then I'd go in, fight the boss, then back out as fast as I could. =P

I enjoyed seeing Leknaat at the end...but it sucked not having her in the game for guidance like in the first two.

When I first played I used to joke with my friend that Leknaat never appeared in front of the heroes because she hated them since they sucked. xd I was glad to see her in that game though for however brief it was.

I thought her lack of apperance in S3 somehow showed how much she cared for Luc. She knew he was going to fail, I think, but she couldn't and wouldn't stop him. Then at the end, she forgives him for everything.
It was very bittersweet, IMO. ;-;

I don't think Luc despised her at all... at least, that's what the manga displays. He might disagree with her on a lot of BS (since Luc is pretty contrary), but I think he really, really respects her. I mean, Leknaat was the one to free him from imprisonment in Harmonia.
