Heero watched the others for a moment as they entered.

"Well, since Chang is downstairs with the detainees, we'll get started," Une said. "Preventer Wind... we'll start with you. Can you tell me what you learned about this group while on Mars?"

Chris sat quietly in the back corner, notebook ready to record the meeting.

Sally returned a few minutes later, testing to see if the novocain had done it's job.

Duo watched, somewhat fascinated that he couldn't feel a thing.

Satisfied, she set about cleaning it up. "It grazed you," she said. "I'm going to have to stitch it, but the bullet isn't actually in there... you were lucky in that respect."

"Oh..." He had no trouble watching her clean it out, but then she pulled out another needle to start doing the stitches. He made a face and then squeezed his eyes shut, turning away.

Sally chuckled slightly. "Big baby," she teased.

He stuck his tongue out at her before returning to his previous posture.

Une nodded. "Sally already told me that much when she was gathering them together." She had that done. Good. Moving on, she looked at Quatre. "I'm assuming you had the plan," she said to him. OZ intelligence had been surprisingly complete on the Gundams and their pilots by the end of the war. It was fairly well known that 04 had turned into the tactician once the Gundams started working together.

Une nodded. "And is that what happened?" she asked.

Heero shook his head. "Someone walked in on them when they were regrouping in the palace's basement after the hostages were freed," he explained. "No one was recognized before that point... not counting Wind recognizing Maxwell." For which Heero was silently thankful Zechs had handled that well enough.

"There." Sally finished wrapping a clean bandage around the now closed up wound on Duo's upper arm. "That should do it. You can go get those out in probably about a week and a half. They'll probably itch... Don't. Scratch."

Duo made a face.

"I'm serious, Duo... you'll pull them out if you do."

"I'll be fine." He slid off the table. "Course... my arm feels like rubber now..."

Sally chuckled. "Take it easy on that arm," she reminded him. "If you pull those, it won't heal right." She sighed, debating making him keep his arm in a sling for a while.

"Everyone was able to get on the shuttle safely and was patient enough for Wind to come. We got them safely here as instructed." Calmly. Trowa looked around the group then leaned back closing his eyes listening to what others had to say. Did he loose his cool, yes, and he knew it. He knows he should apologize to the blonde pilot, probably will but as is right now he's making sure the conference is accurate on his end.

"I just wanna grab my stuff," Duo told Mia after the left the infirmary. He was just glad to get out of there... enough that he hated those kinds of places, but having Sally fuss over him for a while was starting to get annoying.

"Okay," she said. "Do you want me to wait outside?"

"Nah... you can come."

She nodded, following him back to the locker area.

He'd borrowed one when he knew he'd have to change his clothes to infiltrate the group for Quatre's plan. Pulling his stuff out carefully because his arm was starting to get a bit tender again, he went and got changed while Mia waited for him.

"Do you have to go see Lady Une?" she asked through the door.

"Dunno... guess I should."

"Yeah... I would think so."

"Hn..." It took him a bit longer than normal to change, but he came out later, having dumped the extra clothes in a duffle bag. He tossed the camo jacket, since it was pretty much ruined.

"Ready?"

"Yeah... I'm just gonna head upstairs and see if the guys are still here."

"Sure."

Heero nodded. He looked back at Trowa for a moment, nodded to him as well, and then left, heading upstairs.

Duo frowned a bit when he got upstairs and the meeting was already dismissed. He sighed.

"Something wrong?" Mia asked.

He shook his head. "No... just..." He'd been looking forward to actually spending time with them again, but he supposed it just wasn't meant to be this time around. "Nothing." He smiled at her.

Trowa nodded to his, what he thought friend but saw the blonde basically running off. Sighing he watched Heero leave and walked out himself. Finding Quatre first "I'm sorry I snapped at you." He watched the boy working feverishly on something so just leaves it at that not wanting to bother him anymore. Turning away he walks to go downstairs and sees Duo. His eyes sparkled slightly as if to be smiling at him. "Duo..." he nodded "You did well out there, I knew you could do it." and walks by him down the stairs but stops at the middle. Curious as she looks alot like him "Who's your lady friend?" turning his head lightly.
