Shunketsu acknowledged Hikari's will to fight the strongest and Gakkuri-sensei's comment on the newly-arrived student. With that, he made a quick mental note, and readied himself again, facing Long.
"That settles it Long-kun, I will be your opponent."
Shunketsu's face lost all emotion, replaced with a stone-cold glare. He didn't waste much effort in battle, setting most of his silly antics aside. Shunketsu wasn't the type to take the offensive first either, so he waited until Long attacked him first.

Haruko reached out the bokken and poked the young student in the cheek. As she did, she quietly said, "Po-ku." Haruko didn't know exactly why she had done that, she just felt it would be fun. Plus with the two male students fighting, it would be best to get the chibi mad at her so she wouldn't have to fight the teacher or the new entry. She poked the short one's cheek again and said, slightly louder, "Po-ku po-ku, chibi-san".

Long gave a light stare at his opponent, "Alright, I'm glad to hear that," Long said as his smile became a quick fearless unfathomable ghost. His yellow eyes traveled the ground to Shunketsu as he was allowing him to direct the first move. Long gave light breaths to calm himself and clear his mind and give him a chance to feel his opponent's reiatsu.
Long gave a deep breath as he calmed himself, and in an instant Long proceeded with both hands on the end of his polearm. Charging with light intent of fighting at the moment Long would have to see what could be done.

((I have no clue...but let's see if I can get this right...I hope I know what I'm doing...))
Dodge: 12 + 17(Dodge Bonus) = 29 Dodge
((looking at your stats, I think your attack bonus was d20+strmod+base = 18...))
Shunketsu easily dodged the attack, sidestepping it. With a quick spin and dash he was within range to strike at Long. Shunketsu attempted to slash/smack at him with both his weapons.
Attack Bonus/Accuracy: 11+3+2+1 = 17
