Draven growled again and put his fist into the doorframe where Kyrin had been standing not to long ago. He failed again, it was beginning to get to much for him and this James character was starting to become a problem for him. Thinking back about the bliss filled numb he felt only short moments ago, Draven headed out from the bar, leaving all he was starting to despise behind. It only took him a few moments of digging around to find what he was looking for, the liqueur store. Draven walked in walked right over to the small stand of whiskey and pulled off a few bottle. Instead of paying he gave the teller an angry grunt and walked out.
He would head back to the mansion eventually, just not this night.

After watching the squabble for a bit, Nori realized that he should pay for his drink before leaving with the others. The bartender said it was on the house because of Kyrin, but Nori insisted that he pay for himself. After a small argument, Nori at least made sure he paid half of what he owed.
Turning back towards the door, he realized that his company was gone. Any normal person would assume that they had forgotten and left without him, but in the inner mind theatre of Nori Blauvelt, the logical reasoning for their absence was due to either kidnapping or spantaniously running a mafia errand. He decided it was the latter and wondered if he should call them for info. But then he realized that he didn't have a cell phone. And then shortly after that, he realized that even if he had a cell phone, he didn't have anyone's number anyways. He hoped that their mission went well and that they didn't kill anybody too important.
With a heavy sigh, Nori made his way out the door into the chilling night air and decided to head back by himself. In the obscurity of the night, the city looked drastically different. He wished that he had paid more attention to where he was going when he was following Lily, instead of fantisising about what it would be like if the cement was a giant trampoline. Quickening his pace, he tried his best to make his way back to the mansion.

Draven somehow managed to spot Nori out of the corner of his eye, “Yo, you lost?” he called. Draven’s mind was quite foggy right now, he had long ago forgotten how much he’d drank, but he knew it was to much for his own good. Before this he had been sober for almost a year, since Daren left. That all quickly went out the window with his Kyrin problems. Even worse yet, Draven was the butterfly mafia’s most skilled person, now even he doubted he could beat Izzy. His reflexes were slow and his mind buzzing with the pleasant numbness that he longed for.

" eh? Oh, hello! So you guys weren't out on a mission? " He sounded a little disappointed, but he was glad that he no longer had to rely on memory to get to the mansion. "On your way home then? I'll tag along." he said, scratchin the short hair behind his head. In contrast to Draven, Nori was energized and planned on staying up a few more hours, even if the other mafia members decided to sleep.

Draven cursed under his breathe, he didn’t plan on going back to the mansion, but he couldn’t leave Nori all alone in the streets so with a resound sigh he nodded in agreement, “okay, keep up” he said slowly walking down the dark streets to the mansion, the one place he wanted to be farthest away from, “so, really. Why did you want to join?” Draven asked, his breathe and body wreaking of alcohol.

 Nori noticed the tone of his voice and hoped he wasn't being a burden. At hearing what Draven asked, he smiled a little." That's the question isn't it?" He looked down, to wear his Chuck Taylor's met the ground. He had to catch up a little with his longer strides. He spoke with pauses, contimplating a little."I guess I'm just bored. Bored of living. And waiting for things to be enjoyable. So... I forced myself into this, hoping I could make more friends. And have something exciting to keep my mind occupied. Already the others are coming to accept me for what I am and I really couldn't ask for more. I don't ever want to be on the brink of death wishing that I had lived more."He looked at Draven laughing at himself. "Sorry, does that make sense at all?" Stroking back his hair again he asked," What about you? How did you get mixed up in this life?"

 When Kyrin finally made her way to the mansion, she waved a short hello to Lily and then went to the kitchen to find the coffee. It smelled wonderful. Half collapsing into one of the chairs, Kyrin picked up one of the cups. If she had been any more sober, Ky may have realized how pretty the cups were. But as she wasn't, she missed out on the perfectly intircate gold design that was laid over a light blue background. Lifting the cup to her lips, she drank slowly. The coffee didn't have an instant effect, but it did make her feel a little better knowing it was in her system. Kyrin had only been drinking it for about a minute, though, before her stomach finally reacted. Kyrin made her way to the bathroom quickly; once she got there her stomach heaved and she began to lose the contents of her stomach. s**t... Kyrin thought, unhappily. Some part of her had wished that she was better at holding alcohol, but only so that she wouldn't throw up.

James followed her home, and took his own cup of coffee. He marveled at the cup for a few moments, and drank the whole cup in one swallow. It tasted like home. He stood quickly, worried, when Kyrin did, and followed her, taking the long side of her hair with slender fingers and holding it away, placing his other hand on her back gently. "Are you going to be ok?"

This time when James placed his hand on her back, Kyrin didn't get mad and pull away. She was too focused on the fact that she felt like s**t to be mad. Lifting her head away from the toilet bowl, Kyrin wiped her mouth and said, "I'll live." Craig sometimes let her pass out, instead of staying awake after she drank, so some of the time she was able to skip out on the throwing up. Sighing, she backed away from the toilet. Sitting cross-legged, Kyrin figured that she had thrown up enough for the moment, and that another wave would hit sooner or later. She looked at James, her eyes were slightly clouded.

James sat back and looked at her, smiling. "You don't hold your alcohol too well, do you?" He wanted to help her, he really felt bad for people that didn't hold their drink, he didn't like to see people he cared about sick for any reason. He had only twice thrown up over drinking, and both times were when he felt like he should have died poisoned because of how many drinks he knocked back.

Shaking her head, in almost an embarassed manner, Kyrin looked to the floor. She knew that she had a problem when it came to drinking. She wasn't an alcoholic, but when she did go drinking, she drank until she passed out or until someone dragged her away from the bar. For those reasons, Kyrin didn't allow alcohol in the mansion. "My head hurts..." She whined softly.

James leaned forward and kissed her forehead gently. "I'll get you some painkillers, ok?" He stood, and made his way quickly to his own room, looking for the bottle of painkillers he had stored in his bedside drawer. He turned the bottle over in his hands, feeling the beginning effects of the alcohol on his system. The room spun. He ran back down to the bathroom, grabbing a glass of water on the way, and offered them to Kyin, slumping down the wall and holding his own head with one hand, blue eyes closed to the bright light.

Lily sighed in relief and stepped as she remembered that she had forgotten about Nori. She went to stand in front of the gates watching each street for Nori's arrival. I mean he found his way once, so why not again?Lily tapped her feet and itched to be on the rooftops jumping from one to the other just for sport.

Kyrin nodded and thanked him for the painkillers. After she had taken them, and finished the water, she smiled at him. "You feel it too, huh?" She was beginning to act more like herself again, though she was still feeling a bit drunk. Sighing, she leaned on him. Her stomach had stopped churning and she hoped that it meant she wouldn't throw up anymore. "I don't feel so great." Kyrin admitted, almost sourly. She had gone drinking to feel better about the days events, or rather to somewhat forget about them, but she ended up just getting making herself upset in other ways. Normally when she went to the bar she had a lot of fun, but this time people seemed to want to stop her from having fun.

James put his arm sofly around her, his eyes still squeezed shut. "My head hurts, is all. I think I'm going to be off to get some sleep, I could use it." He left his arm around her, though, and made no move to actually leave.
