"Well it is quite easy to see that I am a fire elemental. I have mastered many differnt tecniques, but I am currently having trouble with one of the most powerfull fire attacks, which you have already seen the first step, but a flawed and very weak form at that. It still has 4 more parts before I can master it. On the other hand I can also absorb heat from the air to make ice and such, with many different purposes."

"Well of course, wind is one of the most versitile elements, and is quite supportive to other elements as well. Remember how that wind orc was able to use that fire spell inorder to create a flaming vortex. If Clover ever learned how to use fire we'd all be in trouble." he said with a laugh.

The night progresses and Clover is finally healed up so every one takes up a positon in the bar minus Ty who wanted to sleep outside. The sun finally appeared over the horizon and when Epothers got up. He stretched and yawned before getting up to look outside. The grass had a layer of frost on it but it was not to cold at the moment. It would surly warm up in a few hours.

"Ty are you around out here?"

"Well I'm going to get the others up so we can get going. It would be best if we gat started as soon as possible because we wouldn't want to get stuck out hereat night."

He then went inside and woke up the others.

The day passed by rather quickly as the group made thier way up the mountain. The climb wasn't that difficult since the grade wasn't that steep. After some time the group had finally rached the temple. It was early in the after noon at that point and the weather was quite mild. Epotheros approched the stone slab that enclosed the enterance to it. IT had many odd symbols etched into the stone but Epotheros seemed to understand it and Lifted the slab up just a few inches before it started to open on its own. The room inside was small but there was a mask with a dark orb in the center of the room.

Before he could enter a figure teleported inside. It was a man in black robes with silver details, and a strange silver helmet which resembled a face of some sort. It was a cone in shape with the top curling forwards just slightly. Around the mouth area a tongue like structure was present, but folded back into the mask to show a normal humanoid face with grayish skin. Beside the man was the sourceress from before. The man raised his hand out infront of him and shot a black and purple ball of energy that hit Epotheros in his abdominal region.

"Omf," Epotheros blurted out as he fell back a few feet from the impact. The attack had dicinigrated his chain mail and shirt to reviel his stomach which was now full of lesions and burns. The man who shot it at him seemed to twitch.

"Seems as though you are lucky, because I seem to also take half the damage I inflict on you, but I do believe it is because of this temple. I thank you for opening it child," he said this as he picked up the mask and walked towards the out side.

He stoped a few yards infront of Clover before he spoke again, "what is this? The fools couldn't even do their task correctly. The instructions were simple, kill all of the family, slaughter the villagers and burn the village to ash, but there seems to be a child that escaped. One of the family that needed to be whiped out inorder for me to achieve my goals. Pitty I can not kill her here."

He then looked at the other members of the group, "the daughter of an old elf king, a relitivly adapt mage half breed and a shadow creature, not to mention the human male. These pathetic creatures can not even come close to my level of power, so I don't need to worry about them now.." He then pulled the orb from the mask that then broke into four pieces and shot out in different directions. "They will keep them busy until I can use this orb to accomplish my goals." He then let out an evil and sinister laugh.
