"Amy..." Juila began but stopped herself. She wanted to say that she was crazy but now had no reason to. Once Amy had set her mind on something, it was never swayed. "Fine. We better do this quickly before they fire it."

Amy's smile was from ear to ear. Tiana shook her head but jumped off, folling Lord Drago's heels as did the rest.
It was time to save someone.

Lord Drago ripped through the first line of men as a shadowy blade, his shape and color unapparent. The dull grey that circled overhead seemed to dye itself as black as coal, foretelling danger and eternal darkness.

Working together, the Underlings dispatched many men, fighting to keep them away from the missle. Fire sprang up everywhere as Adrian built walls of flames. Saeska had never left the roof, the sniper rifle she had had strapped to her back being put to good use. Amy was sending wave after wave of people sprawling backwards as blow after blow of mental energy kept them away. Tiana was working with Julia, the pair very formidible.
But there were so many.

Drago stopped moving momentarily, wiping the blood from his blade. One of the demons pulled up his strange weapon and began firing. What looked like a normal pistol fired streams of dark energy, but it didn't harm Drago in the least bit. "Check again." Lord Drago said, brushing off his clothing and stabbing the man in the stomach, eviscerating him.

Slice and dice, burn and freeze. SHot and pummeled. That was all they could do. And ten minutes of tough fighting hand to hand and putting all you could into each punch and power was tiring.
The demons and police were beginning to force the five back for although they were skilled, they were no match for the sheer numbers that the others were in.
Saeska...a little help... Tiana sounded worried.
What do you think I'm doing? I can only fire so fast!
"I'm running out of energy to keep these walls up..." Adrian huffed, putting up more as more burned out.
Julia was the only one doing more passive work, just freezing the wet air inside the mens' mouths and noses. Tiana could only retreat to the missle and keep them away there.
But that beeping was getting pretty urgent.

Drago pulled up a wall of darkness using his power. "Alright then. I think I can keep this up and still fight, but only if I rely on the rest of my power to kill enemies in melee." He muttered to the Underlings.

Alright...Chuck it at them! Tiana cried and the rest came running back and stood in a line. Saeska stood ready to help if any of them fell. They then charged, barreling through people, using every possible means of destruction from wings to powers to fists and faces, working in complete unison at the sychronazation shouts of Tiana. Silent but perfect. And then the men began to back away, some rather quickly while others shooting and running. ALl of them in fact. The four then turned and realized why.
They had about three seconds until that missle launched and exploded.

Drago's shield he had projected swelled to a decent size, covering the battle area and some buildings. The missle, though, was contained. "Good." He said, half surprised that it had worked but too proud to act as such.

All five of them just sank to the ground ans sighed in relief. Too much excitment can do that. Anything can be a good thing, especially when a dark missle doesn't blow up an entire area.
"That was f***in' awesome Drago..." Adrian muttered. "Good job."
((And now we need another plot. Do we do something with the original plot or go off on another tangent??))
