Faith got up, grabbing her jacket, and pushing a 10$ bill in the bartender's shirt pocket. She lightly patted him on the face, smirking.
"Thanks for helping me get drunk."
Faith bounced and danced to the door, and waited as a couple walked out ahead of them. As she walked back to the car, she spoke.
"Thanks for the much needed drunkeness, Lorne."

Lorne patted Faith's back as they walked to his car.
"No problem Sweetness, that it what the Green Man is for..." he mentioned as he opened the door for Faith again and then went around to his side. He turned on the car and music and began to head back to the mansion.
When they arrived, Lorne got out of the car, opened the door for Faith and led her to the front door. Realizing it was locked when he tried the knob, he knocked loudly.

Faith grabbed Lorne's hand gently, and pulled out her keys.
"I had a spare made."She said simply, and then placed the key in the lock, turning, and unlocking the door.
"See? All better." She whispered quietly, in case everyone was asleep.
"Did Angel already tell you where the rooms are?"
She hung her spare jacket back in the closet.

Lorne smiled as they walked inside the dark mansion. It was quiet so he put his finger over his lips to signal to Faith to be quiet.
"Nooo. Angelcakes didn't show me to a room. Can you point me to one? I'm beat."

Faith nodded, and motioned upstairs.
"Any of the ones that are locked or marked, are taken. You can pick from any of the others. Well I think I'm gonna crash. Night Lorne, thanks for tonight. I had fun."
Faith gave Lorne a small tight hug, and then disappeared down the hall, and into her bedroom, quietly shutting the door, and latching the lock. She quickly changed into her tank top and black shorts, and slipped under the covers to sleep away the rest of the night.

Andrew went upstairs with the intention of cleaning the blood off Faith's shirt, but he found himself suddenly very tired . Andrew went upstairs to where Faith had shown him the rooms, and found an empty one. He could wash the clothes in the morning. Except... "Oh right," he whispered to himself, "This is the only thing I have to wear." He wandered through the house, looking for a washer and dryer, until he found a laundry room. He stripped down to his boxers, added in some detergent, and started the load. Andrew made himself comfortable, setting the alarm clock in the room for 5:00 before finally closing his eyes.

hunsicker1 Steph made it home following Lucie. She came in through the back door, making it look like she had been out back. She made a hasty disappearance to her room. She sat on the edge of her bed, staring at her picture of her family. Lucie had snuck into bed and back. She noticed Steph's room was empty when she came back, which could only mean she had been tailing Lucie. She smiled and crawled into bed. Hopefully tomorrow would be a better day. She remembered that she had to call her uncle about finding out about Steph's siblings. When she awoke, she stared at the ceiling pointlessly. She didn't want to move an inch. She was warm, she was comfy and she had just had a great dream featuring her parents and her seventh birthday.

Steph laid in her bed, tossing and turning. She couldn't sleep. She sat up, pulling the blanket with her, and made her way towards Lucie's door. She knocked gently, not knowing if Lucie was awake or asleep. She tucked the blanket all around her, keeping warm.
"Luce, you in there?"

Lucie stood up and answered the door. She saw Steph on the other side. "Hey, Steph. I couldn't sleep either. Come on in, then," Lucie turned on the lights and sat on her bed. She grabbed her own blanket and wrapped it around herself.

The next morning, Buffy woke up in her own bed, hardly recalling how she'd gotten there, remembering only that when they'd arrived at the front stoop of the mansion with the new guy, she left Andrew there with him and went back to continue patrolling. She had done just that til the dawn began to crack the sky, having no luck coming upon any vamps or demons, but she had gone to the local demon bar to let her presence be known.
Best not to let them think the Slayer was still in L.A.
After she took care of all that business, she was beyond exhausted... unsure why. She'd been sleeping a ton lately. But apparantly she made it home and into bed, cuz that's where she was now.
She sat up and looked around, checking the clock.
"12?? IT'S 12?"
Jumping out of bed, seeing Angel wasn't anywhere to be seen, she threw on a ratty robe and ran downstairs and into the foyer.

Dawn had taken some time out to try to sort out what she wanted from life and in that time realized that she really wanted to learn magic from Willow. She sighed as she walked down the stairs, she had managed to creep in unnoticed the night before but now it was certainly time to face the music. Dawn wanted to find Buffy and talk to her to try to sort things out between them. She wasn't a child anymore so she had to stop behaving like one. Once more in the kitchen she made a coffee for herself and realized that there wasn't any milk so she left a note saying she was going to get some and will Buffy stay so she can talk to her when she got back?. Fifteen minutes later Dawn had the milk and was back at the mansion where it was still quiet. She put the radio on softly and starting humming quietly to one of her favourite songs. She had not realized that she had been gone for so long beofre last night. two and a bit days was long enough, but she was here now.

Buffy hadn't seen anyone around, and after going to the kitchen and reading Dawn's note, she decided it was past time to get dressed. She showered in the expansive bathroom adjoining her bedroom, and dressed somewhat classily. She was going to go into town and find out about those tickets to Prague, and wanted to seem like the type of person who would be able to afford it, which she wasn't.
She wore a black suede jacket over a pale green silk camisole, and a pair of black suede pants. It was cold out there, she thought, debating over strappy sandals or boots. Boots, she thought, zipping the knee high stilletos up.
Heading downstairs, she came upon Dawn.
"Hey... you ok?"

Dawn nodded and put the newspaper down, hey I wanted to talk to you privately if I can? she asked Buffy and smiled. Things have been way weired with herself lately and she didn't know why. She got up and decided that maybe the lounge would be a better place to talk as poeple would be coming down anytime now so she headed there and motioned for Buffy to follow.

Faith awoke, her head hurting from the previous night's fun. She sat up,placing her hand to her head and wincing. She crawled out of bed and hit the shower, glancing at the clock as she left. She showered up, and then headed downstairs to work out for a bit in the workout room. She kicked and punched the punching bag hard, sweat rolling off of her like a downpour.
She stopped momentarily to take a drink of her water, before starting her routine over again. She didn't know what had gotten her riled up last night, to snap at Buffy like that, but she was hoping to talk with her sister slayer soon about that.
