(im) Allgemeinen = Generally = German (I hope I spelled it right... anyone know what it means on its own? I've only learned it in the phrase...)

Im Allgemeinen is very literal... pretty much exactly the same as English's term "in general". Uncapitalized, allgemeinen can be used as an adjective.
