"Keme!!" Relm was at his side in an instant, reaching out to touch him with trembling hands. "Keme! Oh, Espers! You're freezing!" Spying a pile of branches that had fallen from the tree she acted first, thought second. "Fire!" Once they were burning she thought... Did Cure heal freezing?

No harm trying. "Curaga!"

Relm knew this was all her fault, but concern for Keme overrode all else. "It's no good! Cure doesn't heal sickness & the fire won't get him dry enough!" It was easy to slip into leader mode. That had always been one of her favorite games growing up. Unfortunately, she too was cold, tired, & most likely fighting getting sick herself so along with being emotionally stretched Relm's thoughts were not quite as congruent as they could be. "We need to get him home & warm!"

Suddenly her brush was in her hand, & blankets were painted from its bristles; real & warm & dry. She covered him, looking up at Morgana in both plea & command. "Help me get him on one of the equines! He's so big! I'd Float him to make him lighter but then I'd have to tie him down for certain!"

She nodded. Her concern for Keme would keep her focused until she knew he was safe. "Yes. As long as Zucca will let me & Timex doesn't mind." The ninau snorted & stamped his foot. [Go. I will follow.] "Will you get going already, Relm? Tien & I will tell everyone where you are!" Passing her a parting glance Locke rubbed against the ninau's leg. Knowing the ninau could understand him even though the cait could not understand Timex he said "Take care of her, big guy." Then to the kun. "Tien, come on! Disa!! Race you home!" Tien flew after the running cait gleefully, happy for any type of play.

Relm clung to Keme, gripping their rides sides tightly with her heals. She whispered a constant stream of positive things into his ears. Anything & everything she could think of to tell him how wonderful he was. If the words 'I love you' slipped out a time or two the pictomancer was too far gone to notice.

Nodding his head to show he understood Timex quickly followed after the matching equu & rider. A barn sounded wonderful. He half harbored ideas of standing watch under the window of whichever room Relm would be in but brushed them aside. Trelweny & Aiden especially would be upset if he knowingly put himself in such danger to fall ill as well. And Relm certainly would not want him to endanger himself that way.

The ninau is panting, sweating with his exertions from the night. Not to mention his exercise throughout the day too. But he pushes towards the audio. Hopefully he would understand Timex as the audios in Trel's family did... while Keme somehow did not. [Relm... safe?] He gasped out. [Is she with Keme?]

The ninau sighed with relief. Remus would take care of her. That it was only the wizard said well... if Relm fell badly sick Trelweny would be there too. [As long as she's safe... I'll go to the barn. Thank you.] With a bow Timex let himself be led away.

Remus watched over the two with calm worry. He had already apparated back and forth between Trel's & Moochi's a few times to ask the GaiaCom witch to conjure certain things for him. As soon as Keme was put to bed the artist passed out as well. Of course, the blankets around Keme faded with her consciousness but that mattered little once they were here.

Trelweny had come with him that first trip, checking her girl, conferring with Moochi, & cleaning Relm up with the assistance of Yuna. She had even activated the SphereGrid Rikku had given Relm before Halloween, putting her in the warm & comfortable WhiteMage DressSphere, hoping that perhaps some of the white healing magic would seep in.

Now he watched her sleep; restfully, as long as no one tried to move her from Keme's side. Each time they tried the artist would toss & fret until they all agreed it was better to let her be.

With a sigh he sat by the door. He had done all he could while they slept. Laying down Remus put his head on his crossed paws. Now the vigilance would begin.

Down in the kitchen Ginny mixed cooking with magic to brew her mother's restorative soup. Keme & Relm had been out since before lunch. Whatever else had happened, they were sure to need nourishment when they woke. Ginny was going to make sure they had it.

Relm shifted in her sleep, the hood of her cloak falling half way over her face with tendrils of light brown hair spilling out the other side & fanning onto the pillow.

Still on watch, Remus blinked weary eyes seeing movement from their patients. Softly padding around the bed he noted that the pictomancer was still asleep but Keme had the look of one waking. Figuring out why he had his eyes squeezed shut Remus pulled out his wand & murmured a spell to dim the lights. Hoping that Ginny was listening in on one of the twins' Extendable Ears the wizard whispered, "Ginny, be ready with the soup. I suspect Keme wakes."

Then in a voice slightly softer he murmured gently at the waking audio at a level that likely would not wake him if he was not already waking on his own. "Do not try to move yet, Keme. Just relax."
