Zai cringed up his nose feeling another standing over him. reluctently he opened his eyse slowly to see whom it was. As he opened his eyes he a young shaman grinning down at him. At first glance Zai didnt remember him but then relizes it was the little shaman that had once played with his hair. Zai gave a small smile. "Hello," he said in a polite ton.

Tuari was eyeing Zai's hair. It was so pretty. He blinked, then smiled at him, waving shortly,"Hi." He couldn't remember the shamans name, naturally, as he'd only been a baby at the time, but he thought it'd seem odd to ask, so, he settled for,"What'cha doin'?"

Zai sat up, brushing some of the dirt and grass out of his hair. "both listening and ignoring the spirits of the lake and of those around it" he said plainly, wondering if the little boy even knew his name

"Why do you want to ignore them?" Tuari liked to listen to the spirits. Though, he couldn't really hear the spirits of the lake too well. He heard other ones though. But, that's not what they're talking about, so. He blinked at him, Cheveyo coming up behind him and nibbling on his earring.

Zai chuckled. "Some of them are complaining about everything and anything" he smiled, "It gets bothersome after awhile" he shruged "I tend to deal with spirits of ice and snow better than other types" he said his voice playful

"I guess that does,"Tuari said, grinning and giggling lightly, nodding his head in agreement. "I...can't really hear the water ones or anything. I don't know about ice or snow...but, I can hear the ones in the forest and everything real good!"

Zai smiled amuzed "That Tuari is because those you hear in the forest are spirits of the earth." He explained. "You are a Shaman of the Earth so it is natural for you to be able to hear those spirirts of you element over others. You have to train yourself to hear other elements clearly, and that takes awhile, it took me a few months to be able to do so."

Tuari bit his lip,"How am I s'posed to train myself?" he asked. The prospect of being able to hear all spirits clearly was an intriguing one. He was curious as to what they were all mumbling. Well, they weren't mumbling, he knew, but he couldn't hear them obviously.

"Yay! Thanks!" Tuari grinned and hugged Zai awkwardly, with the eagerness only a child his age could really hold for such a thing."Ok, I can wait!" He pulled back, still grinning, his hands hooked behind his back.

Tuari blinked,"Well, me an' my friends were gonna try," he said, nudging at the ground with his toe guiltily, thinking Zai might tell his mum that he was going to go somewhere he wasn't supposed to.

Zai grined "If you can get to the top of the smaller of the mountians by Friday afternoon then I'll start to teach you then," his grin widen "Your mother may come as well," he added. "I live on the small Iinao moutain, and it would be best for you to learn there since there are not as many earth spirits up there as there are in other parts of the isle." he explained "the moutians are dominated by the snow and ice spirits, so it will be somewhat quieter for you to learn and practice."

"Ok!" Tuari grinned, bouncing excitedly. He got to learn how to hear all the spirits and climb a mountain. That was so cool! He couldn't wait to tell Angel and Alysa. That thought made him stop moving,"Just me and Mama?"
