Jaden slipped of the counter and walked into the living room. " Daddy?" he called out softly not wanting to wake his mom or dad if they were both actually sleeping.

Neeko was a light sleeper anyway, so his ear twitched and he opened his eye to look up at Jaden. "Nng..?" He replied, enjoying his breif dream.

Jaden frowned he hadn't ment to wake his dad up. " Whats a Duende orb?" He was curious and Rashimo wouldn't be back for a little bit.

"Duende..orb..?" He asked, blinking as it processed, before looking shocked and blushed. "How.. how do you know about a Duende orb?" He looked awkward.

"Oh.. wow.. I didn't know he could do things like that..." He laughed awkwardly, sitting up a little. "You're gonna have to keep it clean, trust me, if you don't it'll mess up later.."

Jaden nodded. " Okay. But what's a duende orb? I know it's spanish i can go look it up." he said more to himself the to his dad.

"it's uh.. like a fairy thing..." He said, fiddling with his fingers like he was a child that got caught. "I was trying to find a way to make it so the dust stopped you shivering.. but it wasn't going so well..." He had managed to paralyze his volunteers a few times, but they didn't mind so much, as it was all for a good cause.

Neeko's ears drooped a little, he really wanted to help his son. "If.. you say so.." He said quietly, his eyes moving away from him.

" Im sorry daddy." Jaden said looking at the floor. " I just want us to be a family, and do stuff together." He said softly. He didn't want his dad to get so consumed in finding him a cure that Ruben got left out, he new what that felt like.
