(OKie dokie, it won't happen again. Sorries.)
Doku watched from outside the Administration office as the clone was thrown out the window. The Hokage was being as villigant as ever. The clone vanish and fell to the ground as a black soot looking material. His little endeavor here was foiled but he knew the Uchiha would be participating in the Chuunin exam and that is where he would wait, having nothing else to do untill then. He wasn't even after the Uchiha, he was after the one who is after the Uchiha, Orochimaru. It was just a hunch but Orochimaru would more than likely be after the Uchiha in order to create another Sasuke. He would kill Orochimaru because of what he had done, not going into and specific details at the moment. He would kill any one that gets in his way.
(For all those that do not know soot is a substance that you get from burning wood and other things in a fire place. Soot culminates in the fire place and chimney and is usually black. It isn't really soot but that would be the best way to describe it.)

(Ummm I guess I can, I guess the changing of the font color would confuse people but that post was not of the Mizukage, the S-rank felon guy.)
Mizukage:
The Mizukage appeared inside the Administration building after using the Body Flicker technique. The reason he was here was to resolve something that had been bugging him for a long time. It was either time to make Konohagakure and ally or a enemy for life. Walking up the stairs the Mizukage was heading for the Hokage's office, sensing another presence. He was outside his door and knocked slowly.

The Mizukage nodded and looked at the stranger, he seemed familiar. "Hello....you are the Amekgae correct?" If he was then the Amegakure could also be a potential ally unless Konohagakure convinces them otherwise.

((you should read the power anouncment i think thats where i put it rain,waterfall,leaf, and sand are on the same side while sound,grass,cloud, and... i forget the last one but your guys are allies any way im at romin shop))

The Mizukage nodded in response to him, respecting the Amekage's decision. He moved tot he side of the door allowing the Amekage too pass. Noticing that the Hokage was not there the Mizukage vanished from sight.
