Spice got upquickly but became dizzy in doing so. She shifted to the left a little bit and thats all it took. She misplaced her feet and tripped over them falling and tumbled down the hill. She rolled and slid and hit a few rocks along the way. She finally stopped as a tree braced her from sliding down any further.
" Damn it"
She yelled and hissed as she tried to get up but couldnt seem to muster the strength. A sharp pain hit her front left ankle as she tried to get up and she cringed from the pain.

Cadaver's ears perked up as he heard something crashing against a tree then the yell. Lifting his head up, he quickly hoisted himself up to his feet and slowly wandered towards where the noise had come from.
There, lyeing against a tree was Spice. He knew it was her, her smell filled his nose and he recognized that same aura that he'd seen before. Though it was a tad bluer than normal. He was still a little weary to get closer to her, wanting to run over and see if she was ok. How strange that he felt that way. Walking closer, he furrowed his eyebrows lightly as he stopped a few feet short of her.

Spice sat there when her ear flicked back wards quickly. She looked over and there before her was Cadaver. at the sight of him her feeling mixed. She wanted to smile but couldnt. She tried to get up to go over and meet him but as hard as she tried she couldn't. She waited a little bit before she tried again and was successful this time.
She tried to hide it, but all her weight was shifter to her right side and her front left leg was bent and lifted the slightest bit.
" Im such a stupid mare"
She tried to joke around trying to ease the tension that might be linguring in the air. She took one step towards him but stopped, and she waited to see what he would do next.

He smiled lightly as he watched her for the moment, but a slight frown over took that smile when he saw her leg lifted in the air. It seems she had hurt it in her fall. Cadaver closed the gap between them so she wouldn't have to walk too far to get closer with her hurt leg.
As she spoke, he smiled lightly, wanting to nuzzle her but holding back from that urge at the moment. "You need to be more careful..."

Spice smiled and for some reason just wanted to cry again but she refrained from doing so. She loked up and playfully tugged at his bangs before placing her head back down.
" I probably should, but where would be the fun in that?"
She smiled a bit more as she jokingly gave a short laugh. She didnt know why she felt this way but she felt rather stable around Cadaver. Perhapes it was becuase when she fell even though it felt like when they seperated they wouldnt see each other again, he seemed to be there.

He smiled lightly as she tugged on his bangs, giveing his ears a slight twitch. Leaning forward a bit, he nudged her cheek lightly then moved back a bit to look at her. "Well....you really don't need to be going and breaking your legs now...."

She smiled and looked at Cadaver back. She almost forgto about the pain until her body started to tremble for some reason. Mostly becuase of the shock of it she flicked her tail annoyed at the fact that it was doing this. Her leg ached and was sering with pain, it was worse then when the wolves attacked them.

Cadaver shook his head and sighed lightly at her responce. He could feel her body trembling as he touched her and frowned lightly. "Maybe you should lay down. I think you're still in shock a bit from your fall...." He didn't want to note that he could tell something was wrong with her leg. Not wanting to point out what she had done in her clumsyness.

" yah, but i need to get back up the hill, i dont want to lay out in the open so cloes to night fall"
The days where indeed staring to grow shorter and shorter with each glance. And she looked up the hill. What seemed like a long fall wasnt as long as she thought. But her leg would also make it seem like a long walk. She struggled a bit, limping and climbing the best she could. Usually she was sure footed and she didnt know why that happened. Perhapes it was suppose to?
She concentrated on the task at hand and was half way back up. She paused huffing, exausted the trembled worse now. All she could keep thinking though was to climb the hill. And after a short berak she continued to climb, slowly but surely.

He sighed lightly and shook his head a bit. She sure was stubborn, but he'd help her non the less. Walking behind her, he nudged at her rump with his head, giving her a few good pushes to get her up the hill a bit faster.

Spice continued to climb and lucky for her, Cadaver was there to aid her in such a menial task. Soon she was up the rest of the hill and stood to get her barings. But no matter how hard she tried, she just couldnt stay standing and collapsed. It hurt her leg a bit but she was actually releived to be laying down. She looked up at Cadaver with a smile and as reasurringly as she could say it.
" See no problem.. Thanks to you that is."

Cadaver rolled his eyes slightly and stood next to Spice as she had layed down. "Yes well, I think you need to rest a bit." Lifting his head a bit, he looked around to make sure everything was in the clear. He didn't want any unexpected surprises while Spice was hurt. Not too sure he could defend her too well all by himself. Though he might seeing as they survived the wolf attack, but he barely remembered any of it.

Spice layed her head down and closed her eyes, she was feeling a bit tired and her sprained ankle just made it worse. The wind played with her hair making her ear flick as the small hairs tickled the inside. Soon all the noises of the outside world scest to be and she was in her own world now.

Sighing lightly, Cadaver kept up watch while Spice rested. She really was a silly one. Getting hurt like that. He wasn't sure what had caused it and probably never would, but it didn't matter to him. Right now he was too preoccupied with watching the world around them, makeing sure no unexpected surprises appeared out of no where.
He gave his long braided tail a few flicks as his ears perked to the sound of birds crying and fluttering away through the forest. His hooves shuffled against the ground as he adjusted himself for a mometn. Soon he grew tired of standing. Tucking his legs underneath himself, he lowered his body to the ground and layed next to Spice, his tail wrapping itself around his hindquarters as he kept his head high as he listened.

Soon after the sun had decended from the sky letting the moon rise, spices eyes slowly opened. She looked over to the milk white eyes of cadaver and raised her head.
" thankyou, im so... sorry im so odd"
She smiled faintly, the light of the moon filling her green eyes. The owl hooted in the backround as both wolves and cyotes alike howled in the backround.
