Billy gave a sharp laugh, his skin blotching with white and then patches of purple, "She's bloody pregnant!"

"Pregnant?" Sid blinked, several times, as sucking too hard on the dying joint made his eyes water. It perhaps made it seem like he was more stunned than he really was. Hell, he didn't really care. He coughed out, "By who?"

"M'a dead man, Sid!" The octopus gave a terrified look to the fish-man, inhuman eyes watery, although it may have been the haze the joint had set to the stiffled air of the bathroom.

He looked away, then down, all the while trying to figure out how that would work. He couldn't, especially not while high. "Man."

Billy fell silent, mind whirling over and calculating his options, a free tentacle slithering up to turn in some fresh water.

Sid laid the tweezers aside and knelt down beside the tub. A moment of awkward silence followed before he said. "Well... it's her baby... and yours..." His mind's eye was swirling with images he really did not want running through his head. He swallowed hard and said, "She wouldn't let anything happen."
He patted the closest tentacle, mulling over the fact that every frickin' time he got a nice buzz going, something had to come along to ruin it. He was definitely being punished for something.

Billy still didn't respond, eyes eyes somewhere else far away. If the baby was his, he'd just have to hide the evidence soemtime, wouldn't he? But no... he was staying out of trouble. He was sobering up. She was pregnant! How could she be ******** pregnant? How could she do this to him! There was nothing more to it. "She's crazy," He murmured in a gruff, shaking voice, "There aint no place fer a baby here..."

Billy fidgeted, clearly disturbed by something as he twisted in the water to unplug the drain and clumsily began to climb over the side of the tub, "I shoul' go... I shoul'... I aint...."
