If we fought as a team against Ryu, maybe we'd have a chance, this is the sword dojo after all, and if I remember correctly Ryu's really good with swords. But I'll spar with you if you want.

Haruhi titls her head to the side and askes, "Why do you think we must work as a team? Do you not believe any of us would stand a chance against Ryu alone?" Haruhi then looks back up to where Ryu is sitting. "Is he really that skilled at swords?"

I'm just making an estimate, I haven't seen your sword-fighting skills yet, but I've seen his before, and he's probably even better now.

Haruhi smirks. "I was always the best swords-person in my family. I could even beat the Kage of my old village in a swords match." Haruhi says proudly. "Though it has been a few months since I've needed to use my sword so I am, no doubt, quite rusty."

Heh, that's alright, I barely use a sword at all.
*He pulled a golden sword out of thin air, and started examining it*
I'm used to my spirit dagger, which is much smaller.

Ryu smiled at their conversation. "Anyone up for a wager?" He flipped off the rafters landing in front of them. "You can use anything at your disposal to try and land a hit on me. Do it, and I treat you all to some Ramen."

I thought you wanted to keep it low, so I set it even, but how about if you win I will get you a brand new, good quality sword, you can pick it out yourself, and If I win I get all the ramen I can eat, high enough for you?

You have a THIRD sword?
I knew about Achi and Ichi, but who's the third one??
Anyhow, it could even be a decorative sword, I could get you one that you could put up in your dorm in honour of your family.
