Haruhi paused momentarily, flinching slightly, somehow sensing she had given the wrong expression. "Eh, right, right. Its normal. Curiousity." She laughed nervously, kicking her heel against the stump. "Don't misunderstand, please. I kind of, uh, have a bad habit of giving inappropriate expressions." She laughed, bonking herself on the head playfully. "Silly, silly me. " Staring out onto the lake, she peeked down at him again.
"Besides, does is look like these girly arms could drag anything into a lake?" She kind of flexed her arm muscle. Nothing was there though, beside a very small, pale arm. She laughed, wiggling her arm around in the air. "I'm only human you know. I've never even won an arm wrestling match in my life! Or a match of Bingo.."she then whispered softly. "Stupid bingo." Something about her seemed. Well, sad. Even though she was smiling brightly. "Anyway, your too nice. I would never do that to you, or anyone else. " It seemed now, she was almost stalling for something. Waiting, for something to happen, to occur.
Frowning, she stood up and walked over to the edge of the lake, removing her shoes and socks. Then placed them neatly to the side. Slowly, she walked into the water, only getting up to her ankles. She smiled looking back at him. " Why would you want to know anything about a boring old human. A silly little girl, who can never get anything right. " She wiggled her toes nervously, trying to hide how akward things were getting. " Gomen. I got a little out of hand there, didn't I?"

Takaru felt pretty stupid for saying that he thought the girl was going to hurt him. It was mostly his instincts talking when he said that so he couldn't help but get red in the face when he finally realized the stupidity of his comment. He stood up and seeing as he wanted to make up for his stupid comment, he put down his swords next to the stump and walked over to where Haruhi placed her socks and shoes. He wanted to show her that he was not as heartless as he appeared to be so he took off his socks and shoe too, and after unzipping the bottom half of his rip away pants, he walked into the water next to her (see picture for if you don't understand).
"Look, that was stupid of me to say. It was just something that instinctively came out. Of course you probably wouldn't hurt me. I have no idea what I was thinking. How about we just start this conversation over."
Instead of waiting for her reply though, he quickly crouched down in the water and splashed her while actually smiling for real in the first time in a long time.

Haruhi smiled, squealing, then kicking water at him. "Oh my god, he actually smiled!" She then started giggling sweetly, winking at him. "Now we're even. How's that?"

Takaru was caught of guard when he got water kicked at him so it came as no surprised that he fell backwards into the lake getting all of his clothes wet. He was definately not going to let Haruhi get away with that, so while he was down he did a quick sweep kick in order to get her to fall right in with him.
"Oh I don't give up a fight so easily, and you can do better than that if you want to get back at me."
This had to be the first time that he was actually acting his age, and he was glad for it. He guessed that all he needed was someone to push or, in this case, pull him in the right direction.

Haruhi squealed as she fell over into the water, giving him a look of shock. "No fair!" As she sat down in the water, since she was already wet, she started softly splashing him. Though she was smiling, truthfully, and all the doubt washed from her face.

Takaru splashed Haruhi back as him and her just had some fun in the water, acting as if he had not a care in the world. It has been a long time since he had not had his swords with him, and he was actually happy that he did not have to worry about defending himself. He was just, even if for only a moment, a normal teenager with a new friend. A new friend who happened to be a girl...who was wearing a white sailor shirt...which was wet...
"Um...Haruhi your shirt, I can kinda well see through it..."
Takaru was not good with such situation, but he was smart enough to know that he should not be looking at a girls bra so he quickly averted his gaze as to not embarrass her further.

Haruhi looked down at her shirt, instead of blushing, and freaking out like any normal girl would. She started laughing. "Almost forgot about the whole white girl thing." (LOL) She then stood up out of the water, and squeezed out her shirt and hair. Something seemed a bit different about her, she seemed to be a bit more straight forward than usual.
"In my opinion there's no reason to fuss about it. After all, its like wearing a bathing suit, basically." She smiled, still trying to hold back her laughter.

Not Takaru was confused, one minute she was childish and all girly, now she had some unknown confidence coming from who knows where. He was almost beginning to think twice about what he was doing there. Though he still felt that nothing too wrong had happened, even with the difference in her personality. The only thing was that he did feel as if it was time to let both of themselves dry off on the shore.
"Well alright, if you say so, but still why don't we go and lie down in the sun so that we can get our clothing dry."
Walking back out of the water he decided to take a page from her book, and he took of his shirt and placed it on a near by tree branch to let it dry. He had a muscular physique so he had nothing to be ashamed of. It was one of the benefits of having trained for most of his life. Then laid down in the grass, and waited to see what Haruhi would do.

Haruhi ran out of the water, and laid on the ground. Staring up at the clouds. Even though what she had just said seemed true enough to her, she didn't couldn't help the redness that built up in her cheeks.

Takaru looked over at Haruhi and noticed how red her face was. She looked fairly cute at the moment and he tried not to stare so he decided to keep the conversation going.
"Oh? What is making you blush like that Haruhi?"

Takaru looked at her funny. It wasn't that hot and he could recognize a nervous blush when he saw one, even if it was rare for him to see one at all.
"Let's say I don't believe you when you say it is hot. How about some truth to your answer, hmm?"
He was teasing her sure, but it was entertaining to anticipate what she would do next.

Haruhi squirmed around in place, poking her two index fingers together in confusion. "ARGH! why do you have to be so complicated!" Her cheeks were still flushed red, as she frowned at him in dismay.

He was getting close that was a good thing, and it made him smile. He would get her to talk soon if it was the last thing that he did.
"Complicated who me? No, I just want the truth, I am still a bit curious and all. Plus did I mention you look cute all embarrassed like that..."
Takaru could not believe what had just come out of his mouth, this was the first time he had ever complimented a person. He did not let his shock show at all, instead he actually felt glad that he did it.

Haruhi stormed over up to Takura, hair dripping wet, and face flushed. She gave a small pout, and poked him playfully in the chest. "Takura-kun, your not being a perv are you?" ( confused ) She smiled half-way, all the while seeming a bit aggitated.
