Quinn entered the library with a very large book under his arm. He carefully chose a spot to sit, and just stared at the cover of the book for a while. He sighed, then opened the book to it's beginning. He quickly read over the first few lines, then snapped the book closed. He wasn't in a very good mood.....but he was sick of being alone. He didn't know why he came to the library and didn't go to the Fallen Star instead...

Akki, startled at the sound of a book closing hard, looked up and saw Quinn. She waved at him and smiled, thinking he looked kind of sad.

Ric smiles at akki "Good afternoon, My little friend. How are you?" Noticing the way she's waving at the other boy, he changes tack "...and who's that grumpy looking fellow?"

*Marie stopped her sketching for a moment and stretched. Her fingers were getting cramped. She heard voices nearby but didn't get up to go see who they were. Her sister's voice echoed her her mind...'Marie, you're so anti-social sometimes... Get up and meet peopl!' Marie only sighed and shook her head. Even though she was nice to other people, she wasn't good at making random friends.*

Looking over at Quinn, she chewed her lip thoughtfully.
" I'm not sure, I've never met him before but he doesnt look very happy, does he?"

Quinn looked up at the girl who had waved at him, put on a very, very fake smile, and nodded at her, quickly going back to looking at the floor in front of him. Why were they looking at him? What were they talking about?

"Decent. I'm trying to plan a surprise for everyone here at the underground, but it's not working out very well. " He glances over at quinn again " He's kind of cute. reminds me a bit of my friend Rohan, but no teddy bear- shall we introduce ourselves?"

*Luel kept to himself at the research section. He was very involved in reading the book on mysticism. He wanted to see if he could improve his skills in the art of alchemy. He mused on the fact that he MUST be getting somewhat better as he noticed less explosions in his lab. Briefly he thought on why Piper was yet again annoyed at him as he really had tried to stay out of her way but he was beginning to resign himself to the fact that he would never understand her.*

"Sure, you can help- once i figure out exactly what i'm doing..." sweatdrop my first idea kinda fell through. " Alaric pulls acouple flyers off his pile o' books and tapes one to a shelf end. It advertises open boarding rooms at the antique papers bookstore.

After arriving, Aiden and Catori made their way to the library. Aiden had wanted to find some books on fire magic while Catori wanted something on dragons. The two talked until they came to the door then went their separate ways so that they could find what they wanted.
