I hate being stuck at a weight. I exercise, cut late night snacks, and eat healthier... But it's not really working. <.<

5'5" and 128lbs as of recently, I been doing a lot of running, so maybe I'm actually gaining weight for once. O.o Muscle wise... I mean usually I'm stuck in this limbo called 120lbs, no matter how much I ate or exercised.

MangaJoe 5'5" and 128lbs as of recently, I been doing a lot of running, so maybe I'm actually gaining weight for once. O.o Muscle wise... I mean usually I'm stuck in this limbo called 120lbs, no matter how much I ate or exercised. i know how you feel =/ I always stay in 175, not up or down. But when i went to England recently, i walked like 6 miles a day >_> So i lost 5 pounds XD Yay for actually moving up and down the scale...the same weight is just like.."oh, 175 STILL.."

I hates my weight sometimes, but then sometimes I like it, I keep at a pretty small size and stay in pretty good shape... maybe it's just a balanced metabolism

I'm at 225 and stuck, it's very frustraiting -_-.
But I've lost from 245 (250 if you count all the weight I gained at my boyfriends eight months ago).
So I'm pretty happy, my goal is 200lbs by late August, though gonk Since I can't seem to move past 225 I'm very displeased. But once I reach 215 it will be a mini party for me as I think that was my weight at 15/16 sweatdrop

Good job so far you two. I can't seem to lose weight...but I'll be planning to put more of an effort into it starting next week. What've you been doing to lose?
(I want to go from 190 to 150 eventually)

I'm not sure if your asking me or Ghosty... But i'll tell you anyway.
I'm on a high protien diet, no veggies the first week, then after that I can have them 2 times a week. I'm also on an appetite suppersent (3), a multi-vit. with green superfoods (2), and a fat burner pill. (8 ) all in one day. Its a doctor approved diet, I go once a week and get a vit. b12 shot and she makes sure that everything is okay. I'm only going to be on this diet untill i lose 150 lbs, then I start a normal, healthy diet, without the butt load of pills.
