WickedUmmagine simlizzy the lemons, especially, look yummy... well I am embarking on an eating plan that involes a certain amount of egg, avacado, and CITRUS fruit each day so we will see how long lemons look good to me rofl Those lemons DO look yummy!! I feel like eating one now. How odd is that? Be glad you don't need the diet I am gonna try... I fear I will be sick of lemons, etc very soon... well, I am not actually going to EAT a lemon, but last night hubby and I bought egg beaters, 9 avocados and a grapefruit for each of us to split each day. We already have flax seed supplements, so we should be all set. I would sure hate to end up sick of avocadoes, though, as I dearly love them heart

Lizzie what are the flaxseed supplements for? i have flaxseed capsules, but only because they have higher levels of omegas 3's and so on than fish oil does, and of course they don't kill any fishies to get it 3nodding

It is for the nutritional value the right fat acids, etc. There was a "non dieting" diet plan I read about where you take them, eat one avocado, eggs and citrus each day. It is not a quick weight loss thing (although I could stand to lose some of that) but rather it helps regulate improve cholesterol and it also recommends drinking much water. it actually sounds like alot of what I like to eat, so I may end up pleasantly surprised with weight loss as an added benefit.

I just checked her guilds, and she's part of a squillion different poll guilds, plus a few other things like a Linkin Park guild and an Asian Pride guild, and I thought I was the only Asian on here? (plus I like Linkin Park, but wouldn't join a guild for it.) Lizzy, do you know who it is, or did you find the name by chance? I was going to send a guild invitation, but now I'm not even sure if we know this person! EDIT - Oh, I also thought it was spelled Avocado with an O, and if it's a Purkle, was going to suggest they use the free name change thing to correct it.. but they don't have to.

ok..butterfly has been on graphics search today...and she has found quite a few to play with for the wickeds....i did notice that an orange was googling at the pretty bumps....well...i have a temporary one for you until you get your avi the way you want it.....or if you want you can tektek me one to use.....but here it is....
