*X looked even more confused, she guessed that something from that dream had caused him to flip out a bit. Reaching her free arm out, she lightly rubbed Isto's back, as if to try and tell him that it probably wasn't his fault and that everything would be okay.*
I think breakfast sounds great, lets go down there...
*Slush finally peeked out from X's body and looked over at Isto, a pitifully sad and confused look on his face.*

Isto managed a faint, forced smile for X's benefit. He didn't realize Slush was watching him; he hadn't bothered to look up yet. He sighed, the nodded slightly, stepping around the pair and leading the way out of the door and down the hall.

*When Isto seemingly blew Slush off, he felt a pang of hurt in his chest as he stared after him longling, his head cranning to follow Isto's form. After what seemed like a while of following, Slush was still still staring off in Isto's direction, and finally with a sigh, he turned back to his mum, who gave him a kiss on his forehead as she scruffed up his earfur lovingly while mumbling.*
I'll help you sort things out later if you want me to Dooom...you know I love you...

Isto was oblivious to Slush's stare, eyes cast downward as he lead the way to the kitchen, the route so familiar that he didn't bother to watch where he was going. On the final flight of stares, he fixed a smile on his face, not wanting whoever happened to be in the kitchen to think he was upset. Again. Though the smell coming from the kitchen cheered him immensely... "Acia's muffins!"

*Slush looked up at his mum and nodded, happy that she hadn't seemingly abandoned him and giving her a major look of thanks, even though sadness still played across his eyes.*
Food?!
*X's eyes lit up and she grinned widely down at Slush, picking him up and raising him into the air for a second before setting him down on the counter by Acia and her muffins, reaching out and taking one herself.*

Jen grinned up at Acia... "You really outdid yourself of these... and yeah *grin* I think that hiding them is a really good idea.... otehr wise I might be foreced to choose between a muffin and my sanity... "
Keppit ginned and smacked him playfully in the back of the head...

Isto snatched two of the muffins for himself before heading to the table, pulling out a chair and dropping into it, eating half of his first muffin in one bite. Swallowing, he flashed Acia a grin, devouring the rest of the muffin before speaking. "Even better than usual, 'Cia."
The glider was thoroughly enjoying the praise, chittering happily and passing another muffin to Jen. Her attention then turned to the new arrivals, waving a greeting to X before shoving a muffin over to Slush, positively beaming.

*Slush blinked down at the overexcited little glider before noticing the much needed food. Reaching down with both paws, he picked it up and began chomping away at it, a groaning "mmm" coming from him as he swallowed, causing him to forget his madness for a moment.*
*X laughed and took a muffin for her self, eating the bottom first before the top part (her favorite).*
Absolutely scrumptious Acia.

Jen began to take smallish bites of his second muffin.. to savor it.. He smiled at Isto... "G'morning... " then turned his attention to Slush and X "G'morning.... These muffins are great no?"
"Isto already said so, goofy.." Keppit grinned...

Isto returned the smile, already half through his second muffin. "Good morning, Jen, Keppit. Slept well?"
Acia had never been happier. People loved her muffins! HER muffins! Her own recipe!! But...oh no!! There were only a few left! And most of the family still hadn't eaten... Chittering happily to Moo, she darted over to the sink and tugged the bowl back out of it, gliding across the room and into the pantry, where she could be heard scrambling around for ingredients.

Jen smiled... "Never slept better.. "
"Yeah... had me half outta my skin last night with all those ghost stories though Moo....Not stories though are they? That's what made it so..... scary, I think... "
"Ghosts?"
"Tell ya later.... Actually I need to get back to the Flopp Center and Make sure that Nell hasn't gone and turned the gerbils green or something... I worry about her sometimes... "
"All the time you mean."
"shut it you *grin* You comming with??"
Jen looked around.... "Yeah... I've got some reading to catch up on..." He looked at Isto... "You're right. It is a really good book and It is more about clones than genetics..." He grinned...
"Alright then... lets be off"

*At the moment, Slush had definately forgotten his mindblowing dream and realizations (whatever those were.) Stuffing the muffin in his mouth, he hopped down from the counter onto the table and then onto Isto's lap, curling up and still munching on his muffin. X just stood there and watched Slush with a look of extreme confusion.*

Moo had hurried into the pantry afer the glider, and now peeked out, smile fading slightly with Keppit's statement. "Aww, alright... Well, I'm glad you came by. Come over whenever you'd like, we enjoy the company."
Finishing off his muffin, Isto licked the crumbs off his fingers, glancing up to Jen when he brown SM mentioned he had been reading. He blinks, then grins, flashing Jen an 'I told you so' look. "See ya later, Jen. Bye Keppit. Thanks for the help.."
He hardly blinked when Slush leapt onto his lap, used to this behavior from many smaller siblings. Of course, once he realized it was Slush and not, say, Mari, he was a bit confused. His left, normal hand was currently occupied with groping for another muffin, so, after a moment's hesitation, he lifted his metal hand , fingers scratching lightly through Slush's fur.

*Slush actually prefered the metal hand to the normal hand to pets, it sure scratched a hell of a lot better. Unconcerned with the confusion he probably was causing, Slush continued to eat his muffing as X watched Acia in amusement.*

Isto continued to absently pet Slush, metal fingers playing through his fur. He wasn't paying much attention; the muffins were much more interesting at the moment. He was half way through his third, and was very tempted by a forth... Mmm, muffins...
Confident that they had enough ingrediants, Acia glided back to the counter, chittering happily in reply to X. Giggling, Moo stepped out of the pantry, arms full of random supplies. "She says she'll give you the recipe before you go, and she's glad you like 'em so much."
