and_solo_said I don't know how interested people here are, but Nightwish fired Tarja.
Just thought i'd let you know.
'Tis a sad solution, but it was either her, or everyone else (apparently). Some are saying that Nightwish cannot continue without her as their 'mascot'...but: 'remember this line; remember not the hand that wrote it'. Who are they? >.>"

A band from Finland...a cross between high opera and metal. Lyrically brilliant, musicallly perfect.

Just you wait. One day you will be standing outside the Royal Albert Hall, itching to take your seat and witness the glorious spectacle that is...Shemot!

In London. I can't remember what it was supposed to be called, but Queen Victoria just declared it that at the opening.

Queen Victoria was queen of England for most of the 19th century. It was under her that we reached the height of our empire overseas. Her husband was Prince Albert, after whom's death she wore black for the rest of her life.
I am afraid that it will be a while before I can rate it, I am in the middle of Advanced-Level Biology coursework, which is demanding much of my time. Sorry.

Britain? gonk
I'm afraid that i don't take much interest in this millenuim's history. I prefer that of ancient times... Such as the time of Sophocles... ^^ Australian history is really boring. cry
Hehe, that's ok. Biology! What do you do in your Biology course? whee

Well, I got the effects of copper sulphate on the activity of amylase, but everyone gets a different title.
You should take a look at some of the stuff that came up in the last 1000 years, it is quite interresting. Especially the dark ages, since they are discovering so much about it just now.
