Godzilla`

btw. what does your element
have to do with wicca?

Well, whichever element your most connected with, can make you more "powerful". That's the best way I can think to put it. Like, if you're scrying, and let's say you're element is water... than it would be more effective if you were scrying with a bowl of water than if you were to scry with fire. Does that make sense?

Also, the elements are what makes this world go 'round. For example, without water, there wouldn't be life. Without fire, there wouldn't be light (or warmth). And so on...

Well my sign is a Capricorn (earth) and my Chinese zodiac is a rat because I was born before the Chinese new year other wise I would be an ox

One of my birthstone is garnet (fire) lol it all depends on where you are coming from

Geological surroundings... Well I live in Arizona the desert state so it get‘s pretty hot. I live in the city. We have a pool in our backyard which I love to go swimming in the summer time.

Personal Connection....

I have a rather strong connection with all the elements. I would have to say earth and water are my strongest. Here is my personal connections with each element.

Water,
I love the water. I like to go swimming a lot during the summer. There is nothing better than a nice cold cup of water on a hot day. It tends to reenergizes me. I love to dance in the rain. I have been called a water baby because it’s hard to keep me out of the water.

Air,
I love the wind in my face it reenergizes and relaxes me. Ever since I was little I wish I could fly…well now I can in the astral world. Just about every time I feel the breeze on my face I feel my worries just blow away.

Fire,
I find fire rather hypnotizing. I can sit there and gaze into for hours. I enjoy campfires and candles. I used to play with fire quite a bit in my younger years. The heat of the flame gives me strength and reenergizes me.

Earth,
I love to go for walks in nature. I like gardening it helps me feel connected. I am very fond of gems and crystals. I like to use herbs a lot.

Zodiac: Taurus/Horse

Birthstone: Emerald, though I very much like Garnets.

Geological: I live by a (dirty) river, but there is a small wooded area by my house which I love a lot.

Personal Connections:

Air: I love the air itself, after all, we do have to breath it, but I have a fear of heights. Which is a bit odd, because I'd love to be able to fly.

Fire: I love warmth and heat, and fire gives just that. I like fire in small amounts, but things such as wildfires would overwhelm me @.@ But fire itself is something I can stare at all day.

Water: There is a creek running through the wooded area and my whole neighborhood. I love sitting there and just listening to it, but deep water of any kind scares me. I can swim, but I refuse to dive. Rain though, I love to play in, especially in thunderstorms (if my parents would let me).

Earth: I love earth. Often times during the summer I walk around barefoot, lol. But earth in any form, plants or dirt or sand, is calming to me. I love being surrounded by plants and such, their life energy seems to recharge me when I'm wiped out (mentally, that is).

Water and Earth are my elements. When I am overwhelmed by sadness, hate or fear, I will drop down on the ground and cling to the earth. It's a peculiar reaction, but it's what I do. I feel the earth mother, solid beneath my frail little body and I take comfort in her embrace.

I am happiest when I can sit by a body of water. Whether it's the ocean or a small stream, water is my source of power and inspiration. My fondest memory is when I was young and I was sitting on the warm earth by a river. For the first time in my life, I was at peace with myself and the world around me. The earth supported me, the river empowered me. It was so beautiful! whee

1) Zodiac
I'm a Saggitarius, born on December seventh
2) Birthstone
Turquoise
3) Geological area
I have a dock going out onto the Allegheny River. The river is my sanctuary, and the wooded area across it my thinking area. I have a small hut over there, that I found, rather like a shed, and it is there I conduct several rituals.
4) Personal connection
Earth:
I love the woods, and the plants, and I love digging. You'd be amazed what you can find digging for an hour...
Air:
I don't really feel a connection to this one, except that I need air to breathe o.o
Water:
I live on a river... and I love it. As earlier stated, the river is my sanctuary. I go down on my dock to think...
Fire:
I have a fiery soul...o.O I don't really feel a specific connection to this one, either.

By my sign (Libra) I am under the element of air. I am best with air and then fire and earth are tied. I am undoubtably worst with Water - but I am trying very hard to understand that element more.

It's a love hate relationship being on the cusp on Taurus and Gemini (May 19).

I'm stubborn but I see things from both points of view. Which means that making a decision is hard because I tear it apart thouroughly until it seems right.

Also it doesn't help that I'm more Introvert (becasue of Earth) *and* an Extrovert (thanks to Air).

I find that it is hard to find anyone to really talk to who is under the element fire. That is because of my Earth sign.

I have wooded areas to all sides of my house, small ones though. Little wood lots that have tiny streams. I go there to meditate in the summer. I can get all the elements there at one time, I love it.

I'm interested, how can you be introverted AND extroverted?

My birthstone is Sappire
My chinese zodiac is year of the horse
I'm a Virgo
And I feel more intuned to the water element
I live not too far from a small lake, but am more surrounded by tress and other such plants. But I am very uncomfortable where I live, and have the urge to live by the ocean or a lakeside.

I know what you mean! Sometimes I find myself standing on the grass and kicking off my shoes, digging my toes into the earth. It's like I'm taking root
I also love the water and one of my favorite sounds is the sound of falling rain.
These days I've also found a growing affinity for fire: heat and flame, even though I really don't like the glare of the sun or wind.

My three friends and I have this thing, we all have our own elements: wind/water, fire/dark, earth/fire and plain solid earth.

Hmm, well let's see.
I'm a Sagittarius, and my birthstone is the topaz.
My Chinese Zodiac is the Monkey, and my birth number is 5.
It says that I'm an Earth...I think that fits, because I love to lie in the grass, be surrounded by flowers, and trying to climb trees.
But I also love water, I love swimming, I love to stand near the ocean and let the waves crash on me. I love to hear the rain.
I'm lucky, because I live in California, so I get to live near water.
But I also like to play with fire...
Which element would I be?

Doesn't your element have to do with your zodiac?

I'm a Libra. I was either born in the year of the Horse or the Snake (I'm unsure, seeing as it fluctuates on what 1990 was.)

My "birthstone" is either Opal or Tourmaline - but my favorite crystal is either Quartz or Amethyst.

My birth number is 10 (go figure, lol. I get the birth number that ISN'T posted.) (1+0+0+8+1+9+9+0 = 28 = 2+8 = 10)

Personal Reflections

Air: I love having the wind whipping through my hair, either violently or gently. I love the gust front of every storm. To stand against the wind and allow it to support your body is a priceless feeling.

Fire: I admit that I'm a pyromaniac... ^^; I could stare into the flame all day - although I despise the sun. (I do not tan, I don't even burn. I blister.) So, I'm not sure on that. I tend to shy away from heat as well...

Water: Either cool or boiling; it's refreshing. Both to quench a thirst and to relax in. I always feel better after a shower / bath.

Earth: I'm in love with nature. I absolutely adore both the beauty and the sorrow. Plants are wondrous things, although I'm allergic to grass. (o-o; And quite frankly, that sucks... I love being outside - but I have to be careful xD I start getting red marks everywhere.)

Geological structures:: I live in the country, I'm surrounded by trees & there are plenty of ponds/streams. We often have fires at my house - and we have a decent sized garden. I live on a 1.5 acre plot.

And I have no idea what my element would be.

I'm Fire/Water, oddly enough.
I'm a Leo/Cancer, and my Chinese Zodiac is the Rat.
I don't know what my birthnumber is.

I'm a Virgo, September 3.
I'm a Monkey in Chinese Zodiac.
My birthstone is the Sapphire, Adventurine...and a couple others I can't remember.
Water: I enjoy dancing in the rain, and getting wet for no reason...but I wouldn't say I'm so much in tuned to water as I just like being wet.
Earth: I had heard that supposedly your Zodiac determines your element. In which case, I would be Earth. However, I am horrible with plants. I do enjoy walking and hiking, though. I'd rather sit outside if it's warm-or cold, actually, I don't care-and listening to the noises.
Air: I...like...to breathe? sweatdrop
Fire: Fire is pretty! I love fire...I love the warmth and feel of it. I suppose you could call me a pyro even though it scares me shitless. If I stare at it too long-of course, my eyes get watery and dry and red-I start to feel as though I am fire...it's kinds creepy...yet calming at the same time.
