*a few days later is chacing down another criminal, this time the chace getting very close to the border wall as Elana fires rounds from her gun* damn, I hope the outsiders don't interfear with this... Give yourself up NOW!!!
why now when I'm so close? HAHAHAHA!!!! *reaches the wall and plants a powerfull home made explosive on it* I'm home free and there's notheing you can do about it

*calls back to base on her radio* This is Elana, Officer 001 we have caught our suspect and need an inspection team over here imedeately, have the workers on standby to repair the wall. be aware that the humans will propably be making their own investigation, do NOT fire on them unless they do so first, we do not want to start an outside insodent. *binds the criminal for transport, knowing that the humans will probably want to know the cause*

Th cold rumbel of engins, the crunch og ston under metal treds anouch th e arival of something new. Recently the border patrol were changed to nekos and sent here so what is comming now. Metal and guns rumble into view some kind of remotly operated tank its synthized voci echoing in the hollowed space bryond the wall

I know you have camras on that thing so take a look at what made that hole *somewhat violently lifts up her suspect infront of the IR controled tank* this guy is the cause of this, we're here to fix the damage, you are more than welcome to supervise *as she says this the work equipment show up, stoping a safe distance back until given the clear to patch the hole* everyone in our work group here has no intention of leaving until you deside to change your minds about most of us, with the exeption of the small fraction like this dirt bag here which should remain confined

*after getting the clearance, several of the work vehicals approach the damaged wall and begin repairs, a few hours later having compleated sealing it covers the section with a newly developed sealent made to help the concrete dry faster and harder then gets ready to pull away back you the lake*
*just after the work is started Elana contacts the humans along the same comm frequency as used by the tank* If you would like, you may take our prisoner, he may have broken our laws but above that he tried to excape by blowing up the wall. We the law enforcers of the lake area would also like to meet with someone to negotiate with you about possibly forming some kind of cooperation between our two peoples, keep in mind that just because we are diffrent doesn't meen that we are cappable of handling diplomatic issues. *with that said Elana heads back to the station after teleporting the new in-mate to his cell, leaving 3 officers in charge of monitoring the repairs*

then so be it, this one's too hard headed to receive treatment anyway and we have no room in our faclilitys for life sentences. ....I again ask to speek with a representative from your side of the wall and I give you the choice on where to hold the meeting
