Maaka stood up, putting her bars away. She turned to Ral with an irritable expression "My name is Maaka, and I work for the Kipubara Brothers, Kuma and Oodora. And my mission was to obtain that book before it falls into the hands of the Black Star Nation. That monster of a woman was one of their creations. But I miscalculated, the Seal of the Dragonia was not suppose to fall into the hands of them, she should not have given it up. Who knows how long the retreat will be, until they come back to finish the job?"

"You can't have the book. It's key in defeating these creatures." Martin cut in. His voice was shaky.
Ral was steaming as he glared at Zhalavidra. He concurred with Maaka point by point. She shouldn't have given it up. The rest of the blades pilled through the portal, then the Emperor and Ral. He had written a note to Kasumi telling her where they were going. It was written in code that only they knew.
Kasumi had cleared out several Aylied ruins before she found something that might work. She was forced to infiltrate it because it was quietly under heavy guard. The relic being a treasure of the Septim line. She silently cut down the beasts guarding the treasure and made her escape as soon as it was in hand.

Maaka nodded as the Emperor spoke "Yes, I am aware of that now, just don't let it fall into their hands. I must go and report what has ensued, then I will be going to stop them from taking the Pteron Family Crest" She turned and leaped out of the window, as Vinyoo bloated up, floating away to the Portal Shrine

Zhavajango had kept a close eye on Kasumi, keeping his distance, yet keeping her in sight. He was leaning against a rock as she emerged from the ruins. "So, um, how many more you got?"

Not far off from the Aylied ruins that Kasumi and Zhavajango infiltrated, a member of the Dark Brotherhood was busy with infiltrating of his own. A small inn off a beaten path was the target. The man walked inside, bowing his head to the inn keeper as he made his way over to her.
"I am suppose to be meeting a friend here," He smiled down to her. "but I am not sure what room he's in."
"And what's your friends name Nord?" She pulled out the guest log, ready to look it up. The Nord gave her the name, and she promptly searched the log, giving him the room number. He bowed his head to her again before making his way up the stairs, moving as silently as he could with his heavy armor.
Reaching the room, he looked around to make sure there was no one around; the coast was clear. Jiggling the handle a bit, the Nord realized the door was locked. 'Of course the door would be locked...' He thought to himself as he pulled a lock pick from his bag. Seconds later, he picked the lock and opened the door slowly; his target was standing by a window, unaware of the intruder.
Closing the door behind him and re-locking it alerted the man by the window; he darted for the left side of the bed where his scimitar lay, but the assassin blasted him with a Flare spell to catch him off guard. Following up, he stalked over to the man with his fists clenched ready for the strike. The man managed to get his sword, but it was in vain as the Nord picked him up by the back of his neck and rammed a decorated dagger into his spine.
Quickly wiping the blade off, he tossed the mans scimitar into his bag to sell, took the ring from his finger as proof of the deed, as well as grabbing the room key; leaving the room, he locked the door once more, but slid the key back under the door to increase the time before the body was found. Walking down the stairs, the inn keeper looked over to him with slightly concerned eyes.
"I heard a bit of rumbling up there, is everything alright?"
The assassin just smiled to her, not saying a word till he reached the door of the inn. "Everything is just fine." He finally spoked before exiting the inn, heading off into the wilderness.

Maaka had been on the trail of the Pteron and his comrade for a while now, having been given orders to keep an eye out in case the BSN went after his family crest. She had found out, that, unfortunately, the Black Star Nation had found the pages they had sought after from a tome existing in another realm, which had brought distress to her superiors, but, it was none of her business; she was merely an errand girl, and she followed orders without explanation. Not that one mattered, she knew Kuma and Oodora were trustworthy, and she looked up to them as parents. She kept her ears peeled, ready to intervene should she need to.

On a rock lying in the path of the assassin exploded a puff of smoke. As it cleared a red skinned, winged beauty lay on the rock seductively. She was a daedra, a child of another Daedric Prince. A child of Molag Bal. "How's the hunting Nord?"
Kasumi shook her head and sighed. "I got one. The Clock of Tiber Septim. Enough to probably get one of us through."

He paused in his steps. "The hunting is fine, though I doubt that's what's really on your mind." The Nord stood calm, keeping an open mind to what the Daedra has to say.

She was gone with another puff of smoke and reappeared behind him with another. "That's good, because I'm here recruiting you fine mortal warriors to fight against those new false princes that have attempted to usurp royal claims in Oblivion." Flames lapped off of her skin. Her irises seemed to contain fire within them. She disappeared once more. This time reappearing and balancing on the highest leaf in the tree they were standing under.

"In other words, you want to use me to fight your war." Rasputin raised a hand and started to stroke his chin while he thought. "I might be tempted. What would i get out of it if I helped your side?"

Zhavajango looked to her with interest, but his expression was serious "Well, then, I suppose we have to go get it then. I'll stand by you until everything is resolved. But first" He sent razor-sharp feathers flying toward the girl hidden off in the distance "Get your a** out here and explain why you have been following us!"

Kasumi looked at Zhavajango for a second. She shook her head and ignored her want to insult him. She just pulled the top part of the cloak from her bag. "I already have it. It's time to go."
"I don't know, you may get stuff. Possibly. Or you might gain access to an armory. I'm not my father. I don't know these things. The last mortal he worked with he gave her a powerful club after she got him to go insane and attempt to kill her over his wife's grave." She poofed away again. This time she reappeared hanging upside down from a tree limb right above the assassin. "For such a 'great warrior' it sure took him a long time to 'kill' her and defile the last pure thing he had. Anyway, what do you say?"

"Alright, I'll assist you." Rasputin agreed; though his decision was more out of curiousity of the experience then anything else. 'I just hope the Night Mother will watch over me, even there...' "So, when do i start?"

Maaka emerged from her hiding spot, holding Vinyoo "I guess I'm not very good at sneaking around. I am to keep watch on you, to make sure your golden seal does not fall into the hands of the Black Star Nation. My name is Maaka, I will be traveling with you and Kasumi from here on." She tilted her head sideways slightly "They are near, denizens of the enemy, are roughly four and a half miles from here, and at the pace they are traveling, they will arrive in roughly six oe seven minutes. There are thirty eight Atronauch with them, of the elements fire and storm. We should get going, and attempt to throw them off our trail"

Zhavajango looked at the girl suspiciously "COnfident words, considering you are blind. We cannot and will not guarantee your safety, I am not sure it would be such a good idea" He looked to Kasumi "What do you think?"
