Ansem looked up at her from his drink, a hint of sadness in his eyes. "I feel a connection to the boy..."
((I SOOOOOOOOOO wanted hi to say "I'm out of paopu slushie...but that would seem more....Demyx-ish, neh?))

Shadow15 ((go ahead. ^^)) Aerith looked at him. "what kind of connnection? Like a love one? Or friend one?" He shrugged and looked down at his cup again. There was a long silence. "My cup is empty...." he bluntly stated in an upset tone. Ansem got up "You want a refill? It's on me."

Aerith smiled. "Sure." She watched as he got up. 'He seems nice..maybe he isn't totally dark. Maybe he can be good,too.'

Ansem strode up to the cafe and asked for a couple of refills.
"Your girlfreind?" asked the bartender. Ansem flinched and glared at the bartender, taking the drinks, paying, and walking away. As he did so, two or three Shadows came up from the ground w/o anyones acknowledgement and ran off with the bartenders heart. As Ansem walked away, he smirked evilly as he heard the mans muffled grunts grow quieter with each step he took.
"Here you go..." Ansem, well..., SOMEWHAT smiled as he handed Aerith her drink. "Enjoy.....This is will be the last one you'll get today...the bartender says he's taking the rest of the day off...."
Ansem sat down across from Aerith and sipeed his Slushie.

Aerith smiled. "gUess I'll have to just take some from the bar. Meaning yes..I'll steal them." She slurped her slushie and looked at Ansem. "So..uh..do you live in darkness anymore?"

He gave her that look again. "You? Steal?" He chuckled and mused for a bit before his stomache began to growl. Ignoring his hunger, he answered Aerith's question. "Whether I am or not...Is none of your concern...."he answered coldly.

Aerith smiled at him. "Well..you seem good to me. I kinda like you and I think your kinda cool. I have nothing against you." She finished her slushie and looked at him. "Another one? on me this time."

Aerith took 2 more slushies from the back..totaling her intake to 4 so far. "So Ansem..since we ain't got anything better to do..wanna go watch the kissing contest? Or we could stay here and talk. Though I think Riku and SOra are entering the contest."

Riku followed Sora as they reached the kissing contest. "Finally..we got away from Ansem and we made it here."

Ansem looked up at Aerith as she approached and he pretty much didn't hear a word she siad until he heard "Riku" and "Kissing Contest". THAT caught his attention. "Say what?" he asked as he grabbed for his slushie.

"Kissing contest. Riku and Sora are in it. Winner gets a trip. Those two sure love each other. Too bad I could never be in one. I can't find anyone. OH well..so uh Ansem..wanna go uh..do something fun together?"

Ansem responded, without a second thought, "Kissing contest..."
shocked by his own words, Ansem shut right up. "Nevermind..." he looked away as if he'd said something very wrong.

Ansem looked deeply into Aerith's eyes and answered "I'd never siad that I was talking about Riku..." with that said, he had gotten up and held his hand out to her.
