Sometimes, Elzo resented that Jada had told him about Giulia. She was innocent, and more, she reminded him too much of his own star eyed childhood in a way. Giulia was a reminder of his father's cruelty. A time before he'd broken under Giovanni's ruthless and distant care, and Maria's absenteeism. She deserved a father, a better father than the one she's been give. Elzo just hoped he could fill that role for her in time.
"Of course Giulia." He said, lifting her up briefly to spin her around before setting her back on his feet. It was a strange thing to dance with smaller steps, but, if other fathers could do it, so could he.
"But only if they would want to find their princess or prince. I would never want to try and play matchmaker without them desiring it!" He said with a mock hurt tone.
"You are a special case though. Only the best prince will be found for the best princess after all. He will be charming and kind. Brave and strong. But-" He winked at her.
"Cute or handsome? Now that I will have to leave to your discerning eye. Have you seen any princes here that make your heart flutter?" He doubted it.
If anything she saw many and would have swept them all under a blanket and declared she would have them fight for her honor or some other storybook rubbish.
