Charlie went to slap her, but suddenly his arm was grabbed and he was pulled away by Locke.
"What the hell are you doing?" Locke asked.
"They took Claire and th ebaby!" Charlie shouited. "They killed them!"
Locke looked back at Claire, then to Charlie. "They're right here."

"Charlie . . .what's wrong?" Locke asked. "Why do you think Claire and the baby is dead? What's going on?"
Charlie growled at him and jumped ontop of him before anyone knew what was happening and began pounding his fist into Locke's face.
Locke was stronge though and knocked Charlie off, slamming him against a tree. He grabbed Claire and the baby and they took off through the jungle, back to the camp.

Jack held out his arms and hugged her and the baby. "Are you two okay? Where's Charlie? What's wrong with him?" He asked.
Locke shrugged. "I don't know what's wrong with him Jack . . .but . . .he's hearing things . . .Claire says that he's having hullicinations."
Jack frowned. "But why? Has he gotten back into drugs again?"
Locke shook his head. "No . . .there are no more."
"Then what is mking Charlie act like this?"

Jack slapped his forehead. "Of course!" He pulled Claire away and went to the cave to look though his stuff. they had one tranculizar that he had been waiting to use for such situations. He came back out and gave it to Locke. "Soot this into Charlie when he comes."
Locke took the tranculizar and nodded slightly. "Okay . . ."
Jack looked to Claire and the baby. "Claire, I'm gonne need to use you as bait again. The baby will be safe with Kate."

SOon everything was set into place. Boone was keeping thoughs at the beach away from the camp. Locke was hiding, waiting for Charlie to come, gun in hand. Claire stood in an opening where it would be easy for Charlie to get to her. Jack hid in the cave, waiting.

Charlie ran until he came to the camp. His eyes were red, he looked like he had been in a fight. He was talking to himself. He looked up and saw Claire, only it wasn't her that he saw. No, what he saw was Ethan.
"Come and get me." The Ethan taunted him.
Charlie crie dout and ran towards the Ethan as fast as he could.

For a split second Charlie thought he saw Claire instead of Ethan, but he growled and ran toward him. "I'm gonna kill you!" he shouted.
Suddenly Jack jumped out of the cave, pushing Claire out of the way. "NOW!" He shouted.
Locke jumped out from the bushes and aimed his gun at Charlie and shot. Jack jumped, some people could be heared crying out. Charlie frowned and stopped. His eyes gone wide, then going back to normal as he felt something wash throughout his blood system. He swallowed hard and looked around. Ethan was gone and in his place was Claire.
"Claire?" Charlie replied, then fell over, unconsious.

When Charlie woke up his hands were tied behind him and he was sitting in a tent that he had seen before. It was Sawyers. He frowned, looking around. He felt a pain running up from his back to his head and he winced slightly. Jack and Locke walked over to him.
"Hey . . ." Jack replied.
"Hey . . . . ." Charlie frowned. "What happened? Where am I?"
"Ethan . . .when he cut your throat with the knife . . .he put some kind of hullcucinative in your blood system . . .I'm making something to get rid of it now." Jack replied, holding up some kind of gunk.
Charlie wrinkled his nose. "I have to eat that?" he asked.
Jack shook his head. "Nope . . .I have to make it into a liquid and inject it into your blood system . . ."
