Super Elpis // Sailor Ferris // Miss Kitty

The gate was open. Elpis paused, the cat on her shoulders blinking before Ferris grabbed her arm nervously, Elpis looking to Caedus with the concern one often showed a sibling or dear friend, and she did the one thing she didn't often do, and hesitated.

He was fading, he said; but while he worried not, Elpis did, very much so, and the Super Senshi made a small noise of concern before Ferris shook, jarring Elpis from thought.

"I... I... But Callisto isn't here..." Ferris whispered. Elpis blinked, watching the normally very energetic woman worry and fuss, and the senshi thought. True, a full assault could distract the Negaverse; but so too could Ferris stay by Caedus. The fact was, however, that Ferris was, when she wanted, a fighter, and Elpis took a breath.

"The best thing you can do for Sailor Callisto is to go fight in the name of... Love? Friendship? Both. Both is good." Elpis assured softly. Ferris blinked, looking to Elpis and Miss Kitty as the Guardian cat nodded agreement, tip of her tail waving.

"She's right. If this fails she may be in more danger." The mauvian sighed, then flicked an ear. Elpis nodded.

"Do it for her." Elpis murmured. Ferris paused, studying Elpis before frowning.

"What about you?"

Another pause, and Miss Kitty shook her head.

"There's people whom need you too Elpis. You had a protoge at the last meeting right dear? Think of that. And any more you have."

Elpis paused, and blinked. Kells wasn't here, or Ausonia, or even Hyakutake or Sinistra, and Elpis didn't WANT her friends in trouble. But that included Caedus...

"But.."

And it was Ferris' time to pep talk, snickering as she pat Elpis' back.

"He'll have people. We've got to give him our end of the deal. C'mon." Ferris nudged, Elpis blinking, then sighing. Ferris did make one point - Elpis was offensive. She needed to help - even if but by smashing up things, or by using tactics, and Elpis gave Caedus the only look she could - a mix of worry, combined with a look trying to assure him she'd try returning, if nothing else to say goodbye, and after a moment, the Super senshi approached, lightly touching what she assumed was his shoulder.

"Be safe." She murmured. "I'll come back my friend. Enjoy the crystals I brought when you can."

Because as much as she wanted to fusds, Ferris had a point, and the senshi took a breath, moving to approach Ferris to boop her.

"Stay with me, Ferris." Elpis said calmly. "I'd rather have at least one tactical ally, even if it's you."

True, they didn't get on well, but Luna Bay proved they could, and right now solidarity was needed morfe than not. Sailor fFerris nodded, and turned, bowing before moving to walk through the portal.

Miss Kitty then took that moment to jump down.

"Go on ahead, Elpis. I'm going to look into something."

The mauvian stretched, nodding as Elpis passed through the portal slowly, before moving towards the cat she had glimpsed out a corner of her eye watching her, tail a calm question mark as she approached Arthur and looked to him, sitting neatly.

"Hello. I assume you saw something of interest?"

Cordoba

Cordoba marvelled at the gateway, eyes wide as she gaped like a fish, and then watched a pair of senshi pass through. She didn't see Camelot or Glitnir around, but she did want to help, especially since at least Cavansite had tried to kill her. Kill...

It was frightening, really, but Cordoba took a breath, and nodded to herself. Her brother wouldn't back down! Plus, revenge was good, a way to make Cavansite squirm. ... WHY NOT, and Cordoba nodded, grinning. Besides, Xifeng would nag away, that noisy ancestral spirit, and the page decided for once she'd agree again with her, even deciding Mistral might appreciate her observations before she moved to go through the portal herself, grinning a bit as she jumped through with gusto.

[CORDOBA WENT THROUGH THE PORTAL]

Stonehenge

A fascinating turn of events. The page drew a finger to his chin thoughtfully as he watched, expression remaining calm to hide his surprise, and the page mused. A trip into this place - it seemed interesting, and the alien was certainly passionate. The Negaverse alone was threat his his princess, and it begged no question - he had to act, especially since he felt it may endanger his family, and with sudden, neat motion, Stonehenge drew his weapon as her moved, cloak about his shoulders moving with the motion as he began towards the portal. Oh, he intended to observe - directly, through a fight he had no doubt he may not win. Still, it would prove fascinating, and Caedus' aide meant a victory justified his means. The page nodded, assured before he slipped through briskly, eyes half lidded in calm.

Yes, he would indeed see this through, and a battle or two would not get in his way.

[ STONEHENGE WENT THROUGH THE PORTAL ]

Sailor Alsafi

Unbelieveable. Every last person here. Well... Well... SHE'D SHOW ALL OF THEM THEN, and the fledgeling senshi stormed for the portal in a huff as she moved, expression surly as she stormed for the portal at a pure stalk, green eyes narrowed as she huffed.

"Bloody unhelpful sons of troglodytes and sheep. Well I'll just learn on my bloody own won't I?"

The senshi turned, a middle finger raising.

"YA RIUGHT UNHELPFUL WANKERS!"

....Aaaand she turned, marching through without thought of important things.

Like consequences. Those were important... Right?

[ SAILOR ALSAFI WENT THROUGH THE PORTAL. I'M SORRY. ]

Sailor Enif

It had been her intention to reply to Cassiopeia sooner but then things kind of happened and Caedus was explaining things and really her poor little mind was just all over the place trying to make sense of it all. This hadn't really been a thing that had been covered by Brioche, though the cat had explained a lot of things really well.

Going to a massive war so soon after awakening had definitely not been covered.

"I have been better," she replied finally, kind of offhandedly as she maybe put herself a little closer to the woman. She could feel herself wanting to just shut down and pretend that aura of evil that came from the portal wasn't there.

There were a great many things she'd do and with no help but like hell she was stepping foot into that spot.

Actually maybe she was better off a little closer to Adria, who seemed to have the right mind and just kind of stay silent and just watch what was going on. Even if it was a lot of infighting and people trying to make decisions for others.

"You don't plan on going in there, do you, Cas?"

The coat he had on might have been a good idea, for warmth, but he let it slip from his body and hit the ground as he slowly followed the others that were stepping through the portal. he didn't like the feel of it, didn't like that some had left, he didn't like a lot of things but he was going to help or at least try to. There were people he knew going in, even if he wouldn't call them friends, they were people worth protecting and helping in whatever manner he could.

Looking to Erebus he nodded his head once. "Time to go." As he headed for the portal he bowed once to Caedus. "Be safe. You will go home...find joy and luck." He said slowly, referring to the talk he and Erebus had with the man so many nights back. He hoped when they got out of this, if they did, that the other was still around. He wanted to find a way to keep in touch with him - somehow...someway.

He hoped that once he got inside he could find the other Ganymede knight, they had a clue where as no one else seemed to.

Super Sailor Thrymr, Senshi of the Southern Lights

He should have known, really, that this was going to happen. That they would be forced to make this sort of choice, but Thrymr still wholeheartedly believed that they needed to have at least some hope. Some was better than nothing, wasn't it? It was better than simply doing nothing.

(Or was it?)

He cast a look at his teammates; Mont Blonc and Aegir, as well as Ash, who had appeared and was resting on one of the blond's shoulders. Thrymr gave her a small smile before he looked around them again as people started to move. His heart was pounding.

"Well," he said softly, taking a deep breath.

"Here we go."

Goretti, Super Chibi Senshi of Glue

There were things with all of this that drove Goretti crazy. Everyone was fighting, no one seemed to know what to do, they were picking on each other…

He was a chibi. He knew he didn't have much of a voice. He was behind where he should have been; he knew people his age who were real senshi. Like Lenka. But no matter how hard he tried to get stronger, every plan failed.

He didn't want to be stuck as a chibi, but he was barely ever out of his comfort zone.

This? This was out of his comfort zone. This

Might be the key to getting stronger.

He was quiet for a long time, brows furrowed as he toed at the ground in thought. On one hand, he could stay here and go home. Maybe he could stay with Caedus and help protect him if anything went wrong, but…even he seemed to be convinced that he'd be fine. And if Caedus didn't' want people there, Goretti didn't want to be in the way. But, he could go home.

Home to his father, who would work until after midnight. But, home, where it was safe. Where he could live, happily, avoiding the war, and hoping it didn't wind up on his doorstep.

Goretti was debating, but he'd already made up his mind.

This wasn't about going home and being safe. It was about doing what they could to keep everyone safe.

Besides—if things got too grimy on the other side, they could always retreat.

They'd make it out of this okay; he knew it.

Sucking in a breath, Goretti went through the portal.

Newgrange, Squire of Earth

Newgrange had remained, arms folded across his chest. He did not speak up; he had no reason to. Some seemed to have good ideas, and some seemed keen to fight. Or leave. It was simple, if you broke it down like that: either you go with the group to attack the people who wanted to destroy the world, or you go home and hope that they make it out all right.

In all the visions of the future, all the dreams and twistedness, Newgrange did not remember this. No mention of this.

So, perhaps this was the key to changing things.

If they could avoid that future, he'd have done anything. He did not see Elvira here, and that was all that mattered. She should be home, and safe—and not taking part in things like this.

But he? He could.

And he'd have done whatever he needed to if it meant he could secure a future where she was safe and happy. For her—and everyone in his life that mattered.

He might not have been the best fighter, or the most experienced in all of this; he'd been doing it for a while, but he knew he had so much to learn.

But he wasn't going to let anyone else go in and fight a battle for him.

If he died, he'd be replaced. One way or another.

It was almost a reassuring thought.

Newgrange clenched his hands into fists and walked through the portal.

Adria, Senshi of Sunsets

Adria was too new for all of this. He was afraid, and concern was clear on his face. He wasn't even trying to hide it; his brows here knit and his lips pursed and he watched everyone he could. He watched who stayed, who went through the portal, and who left.

And he didn't know what to do.

He had heard whispers of things happening—reasons to fear the Negaverse. On one hand, he wanted to see them struck down. He wanted the city to be safe. But he didn't want to charge head first into danger to do it. He wasn’t a fighter, wasn’t strong—Adria wasn't even particularly brave.

He had always thought the senshi and knights were supposed to be some elite fighting force, but here they all were, fighting amongst each other. They couldn’t make up their mind on anything—and didn't seem to want to let others make up their mind. They just quarreled and yelled and insulted, and if it weren't for the people he knew here, he might have just slipped back into the shadows.

He wasn't good at making decisions like these. He didn't want to make decisions like these.

So he just held his breath and looked at Lysithea—and Enif and Cassiopeia. He did not know all of them as well as he would have liked, but he was there with him last time—and he felt closer to them than any other in this war.

…He wanted to go home, but he didn't want to let them down.

"Of course, we can order in." A whole banquets worth of Chinese, and Korean, food. He'd make sure, along with Venice likely, that the food ordered was the best. "you're home, of course." He said to Phact with a smirk in place. Oh yes, if she was leader it would all be on her...including hosting them all for the night.

Of course he didn't mention that they all had to first make it out alive, that was an obvious thing and this was not the time for it. He wasn't about to instill any negative feelings or energies into anyone here. Normally he wouldn't care, normally he was a pessimistic person, but this wasn't the time for it and he knew it. Being himself here might just ruin things for the group and he wasn't going to do that, his cousin would hurt him if he was anyway.

As he watched the Ganymede knight., Phact, Venice and others head on through he followed at a more sedate pace. He wasn't going to rush now when he might need his energy later for this fight.

Slievenamon, Page of Neptune

Slievenamon had made her mind up long ago of what she was going to do. Yes, she was still weighing the dangers in her mind and nearly balked at what was to come, but knew she had a place in this war, and figured just standing around wouldn't be much aid to it. So whenever other members of the group entered, she was right behind them; the skin concealed by her gloves strained white with how tight she gripped her shell flute.

I'm not much of a fighter, but I will aid where I must. Do as I must. I have people here supporting me and I will support them in return.

((Exito and into the portalo she goeso. Also, really sorry for all of the delay in reply; just assume Slieve was standing around all of this time listening and learning, ahaha...))

Sailor Cadmus, Chibi Senshi of Cranberries

I'm going to die.

Cadmus did have some experience under his belt when it came to the Negaverse, but to attack them at their source made him a little antsy. Well, that was because they could kill him. He didn't want to die. He hadn't even kissed a girl yet! Heck, he hadn't defeated Wallace in Sapphire yet!

But y'know what?

YOLO.

So with a running start, the pink-haired boy jumped through a portal without thinking of the consequences (or, rather, not weighing on them as he should've and let his fear get the better of him).

((Exit into portal.))

Corvus, Eternal of Vengeance

"Never be sorry for being who you are, Celsus. Never be sorry for needing someone beside you, or for being hurt." Her words were sternly spoken and simple as she gave Denebola's hand a squeeze before drawing her hand back.

"We need to talk, but I must find Hugbell first. I can't let her go in there. Not without warning." From her words she hoped it would be obvious that something else concerned her now and not just the events as they were unfolding with Caedus.

"Hold the line." She used the words she had heard the Zodiacs utter before in hopes that it would stir something within the Knight of Chronos before she glanced to Denebola. "I won't be long. I promise."

Giving her friend one final look she slid back into the crowd, looking for the Senshi of Comfort.

Havasu, Squire of Pluto

Hav was proud of his girl when she pretty much told everyone to 'sit down and shut up, we have work to do'. His pride was however squished beneath growing horror and surprise when Phact turned back to their group and put him in charge of the knights. His mouth popped open to deny the order before he snapped it shut. The super senshi was put in charge of their little band of misfits and like at the night of their meeting he would not publicly go against her order... no matter how much it grated on his nerves.

It didn't help that he was put in charge of other people, Hav was not meant to lead no matter what his father wanted him to do. The squire did not want to be responsible for anyone else.... he did not want to worry that he was going to screw something up.... that he was going to get someone hurt or worse killed...

And before he could even pull Phact off to the side to discuss her decision the portal was open and senshi was on her way through it. "Fuc....!" He cut the curse off with a growl, damn that girl for running off half cocked.... that was his job damn it. Taking a deep breath he tried to smile at everyone. "Alright guys seems it's time to go. You all go first, Phact will be waiting for you on the other side, I'll wait for everyone to get through safely. Anyone is welcome to stay behind, no one will think less of you."

He turned towards the portal and took a few steps towards it, noting that three of their group had already taken the plunge and made their way through the swirling mass. Hav stepped off to the side a few feet from the portal and faced the rest of their group. "I'll be right behind you. I promise."

Super Sailor Denebola

Celsus looked worse and worse as things progressed and Denebola was reaching a point where she was worried that he could even remain standing. It was with care and consideration that she rose the hand she'd been holding and slung the man's arm across her shoulders, setting her hand on his waist, ready to keep him upright if he faltered.

"Stop apologizing. No one is upset with you," she snapped, harsher than she meant. 'There's nothing to apologize for." So he'd given her the first excuse to stay out of the portal and then others had given her more reason to stay out, be prepared when the backlash struck.

Corvus got her attention and she nodded, lips pressed in a line. "Okay. Just - " she stopped, took a deep breath and nodded. "As long as you're not leaving behind we're good. I'll be here. Waiting."

Babylon Knight of Mercury

The portal was open, and Avalon seemed ready to leave - and take Babylon with her. But that couldn't happen. Regardless of how they went in, Babylon needed to make sure they made the most of this opportunity to strike the Negaverse - and he needed the recruiting time, so that they could attack Caedus when they returned.

He took Avalon's hand.

"Trust me," Babylon mouthed, pulling her through the portal.

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics

The shouting had been.. loud... and it had distracted Sabine from working out plans in her head and with her team, to a degree they had annoyed her, but it did cause her to look up and realize Castor and the other woman was gone. She wasn't sure why that rankled her the way it did, but she silently swore to herself that she would do whatever it took to ensure that anyone that went beyond that portal got back if she had any say.

She felt terrible for the way people were treating Caedus, even more so when he admitted he was clinging to life as it was. He was giving them such a great gift - one they did not deserve. In return, they were giving him nothing but grief and doubt. It was sickening. She felt her stomach roil and she wanted to be sick, but she forced the feelings down. There was not time for it. She could only apologize to him later once they came back.

As Phact and the others began to move to the portal and enter, and Arthur jumped up on her shoulder, she snapped out of her reverie. Reaching up to stroke Arthur's head she smiled softly. "She won't be going in alone Arthur, I'm going as well, we're all going... Will you join us?" She asked the cat, before striding toward the portal herself.

When she reached the portal there was so much she wanted to say to Caedus, but there wasn't time, nor was this the place. She snapped him a crisp salute with her free hand, then moved her other to allow Arthur to jump down if he wanted. Then, with a deep breath, she stepped through the portal...

The shouting was none of his concern, nor was the call from the other knight. He knew who his group was, who his team was. It was the Uranus Squire before him. She was his soul focus anymore, his soul concern. Was that selfish? Yes, but it didn't matter to him anymore. He would fight to ensure that she was safe.

Turning to give Dallol a wry grin he asked. "Shall we dive into the rabbit hole, love?" He didn't know why, but the thought of the two of them diving head first into danger excited him. As long as they were together, they couldn't fail.

He couldn't believe it! People were just up and leaving, and some of the ones with the biggest mouths and power levels! He wanted to shout, to scream, at them for leaving them like this. This could be what broke this attempt at an attack on the Negaverse. They could fail cause they were leaving! Frustration had the blue and white clad eternal stamping one of his feet on the ground and muffling a sound with a fist, he would not let people hear him like this. He didn't like this and how dare these people leave!

Looking to the blond haired senshi at his side he nodded. 'Yes, but no one gets along well enough for one big group to form. But yes, I believe what you say to be true. I have no attacking magic but hopefully with my magic I can open spots up for others to attack." Since his magic was a distraction, and even a confusing magic, it would help in the long run.

Looking back to the group, some members already going into the portal which had just opened, he took hold of Antares' wrist and pulled her along with him toward them. "We'll be joining you. "The words were simple, not meant to be questioned, as he directed them to Sabine. "Chaldene, will'o'the wisp." He added in as an introduction, they really didn't have time for pleasantries and he wanted to get inside and get to work - they didn't have time to dally about. That said he headed for the portal, still pulling the blond senshi with him, as he stepped through, right after Sabin.

Erebus, Squire of Saturn

Erebus looked with surprise when Castor just up and left. How could the royal just leave when they had such an important mission right now? Did he not care that people were going to hurt or die in this battle? He shook his head and turned his head away from the direction the royal had left. Well, he was certainly glad that wasn't his prince.

Instead he turned to Cetus when he spoke up and said they should all go to dinner after this mess was over. He gave a small smile and a nod to the Senshi. "Dinner sounds good to me." If he got a spark of approval in his eyes on how Cetus interacted with Venice well, it was only normal. His attention was caught by Phact next as she addressed the crowd as well as them and he nodded again. He had no problems following both her and Havasu seeing how they both had a lot more experience then he did. When Caedus started talking again and then opened the portal he gave Venice a quick smile, both an encouragement and a promise, then followed after him. He did however give Caedus a quick wave and made sure to say, "Stay safe!" to him before he went through the portal.

Themiscrya's message was received, and Princess Ganymede was fashionably late to the party.

She looked tired, and pale, and frazzled, and a bit like she didn't want to be there. She didn't. She felt an overwhelming need to be home. The twins were sick, and she was scared to death. She'd agonized over whether or not she should leave them with their grandparents to come on this fool's errand. A large part of her felt a sense of duty and obligation to her allies, but there was an equally large part of her that wanted to be home with the twins. The two parts were at war with one another. It was driving her crazy.

Ganymede came to regret her decision as soon as she got there. She overheard the last bits of conversation and felt her stomach give an uncomfortable flop.

One hour. They had one hour.

The ******** were they supposed to accomplish in an hour???

Stubbornness kept her there even as a loud voice in her head told her to leave. She'd known this mission would be dangerous, she'd known some of them might not come back from it alive, but now it just seemed like suicide. There was no way they could deal a hefty blow in as little as an hour. They didn't even know where to go. They barely knew what they were getting themselves in to. They'd probably waste half that time looking for Metallia, and then wouldn't have a sufficient chance to end ******** this,” Ganymede said.

She almost turned and left. She had more important concerns. But an overwhelming hate stopped her. If Metallia didn't exist, none of this would be happening. If Metallia was gone, there was a very good chance the war would end, and life could go back to the normalcy she'd craved since becoming a Senshi. She wouldn't have to worry about being in danger. She wouldn't have to worry about dying on any given day. She wouldn't have to worry about her family being caught in the middle, because there would no longer be anything for them to be caught up in.

They would all be safe.

They would all be free from the terror.

She couldn't leave with that possibility within reach. She couldn't ignore the responsibility to do something about it, even though she desperately wanted to. She had a great power within her and it was up to her to use it. For her family. For her friends. For the good of the world.

Ganymede looked to Valhalla beside her and made her decision firmly.

“Let's go.”

She entered the portal with some reservation, but just as much resolve.

Ganymede entrance. Aaaand exit into the portal.
