Amazingly enough, they did. It went exactly as you'd expect, and only Kakyo's good will allowed them all to go home safely...or, to wherever it was they had come from. "I have the most loving, beautiful, understanding wife in the world...okay I said it, honey, you can stop poking me now, all right?"It was getting a little ridiculous how often he was seeing these Megrez Buds, but what else could he do right now except simply fight them off one at a time? Shiva could easily stall most of them while he made his escape, but his own resilience was lacking in order to stand up to a group of them at once. And that was a problem, particularly when that hole in his coat pocket again had caused him to drop a few yen on the ground during his escape from the Buds that had tried once again to ambush and get the better of him. His lips curled into an unpleasant frown...he hated running from those things, damn it. Hated it.
But it was still better to be safe than sorry. She put up a hand, before making a thumbs-down gesture, Ongyo-Ki getting to work.
One short scuffle later, she moved on, wondering how everyone was doing at the base.

But as he had done so, he had noticed that a bud had fallen close by, and with his intuitiveness, used the sword that he had just cleaned off, along with Lilim, to destroy it completely.
