Apollo's lazy smile turns into a small smirk at the look on Corporal Shorty's face after his comment. Looks like he'll be able to have a little fun with clashing personalities. His facial expression returns to lazy boredom upon hearing the comment made from a member of the Military Police."Heh, like a member of the Military Police has room to talk with regards to use."

Allora sighed after hearing the remark from the girl who was speaking out against the Scouting Legion. "Military Police have no right to talk when they are cowards, who take on the false premise of keeping the peace when they are really just hiding and being corrupt bullies." She said in retort and turned to her squad. "I feel like we should do a short 3DMG run outside, not sure how the two of you feel about it." She said as she was growing a little bored.
Terrance got up to the tips of his toes and leaped, slightly turning his body to kick Elliotte with his opposite leg, while she still had him by the arm. He then used his other leg to kick off of her. Regaining his arm back Terrance observed her blind eye. "Hmph. Whether I like it or not you are not symmetrical. But your phenomenal attack patterns make up for it!" Taking a moment to crack his neck. "Now you come at me with everything you've got!"

Well, today was just starting out fantastic. Still with his jacket haphazardly thrown over his shoulder, Nikolaus ran out onto the training field, heaving every breath. The simple sprint there had exhausted him, and the frail boy, once he reached the place where his fellow cadets were already sparring, he leaned against his knees, sweat dripping down his forehead, and his messy blond hair falling into his eyes. How am I gonna do this? I'm dead. I'm already dead, and it hasn't even been the first day... Granted, he wouldn't have been here, besides the fact that his family strong-armed him out the door with a pack in hand. Ever since Great-Great Grandpa Armin joined the military and did their family proud, everyone in their family as expected to do the same. They just never expected that Ol' Alexander Arlert's boy would end up being a fragile flower.

"3DMG run, huh? Why not," replies Marlie as she brings her arms above her head to stretch. "I'd rather not have to be in the same area as the Military Police....well....the spoiled ones that is," she says rolling her eyes over to look at Touka in her peripheral view. "Plus, it would be nice to see how my teammates do with the 3DMG. Wouldn't want to get outside the walls to realize that they can't perform well," she says jokingly with a slight chuckle.
Jak's fist comes into full contact with Mikoto's chin causing the brunette to stagger a bit as he rubs his chin which is sure to have a bruise. "Nice hit," groans the drill sergeant. "Land another one like that and I'll pass you." Overhearing the purple haired girl comment on the Scouting Legion she sighs before eyeing Mikoto get hit. Tch....you should really be harder on them, she thinks to herself before returning her stoic-like gaze to the fight between the two trainees. Her eyebrow lifts in interest as Elliotte takes off her eye patch to reveal a white eye. Could....could she be blind?....no....Why would she cover it and take it off now? she wonders before taking notice of another trainee. "You're a bit late," growls the ever-so infamous Hannah Stow.
Nikolaus stiffened, hearing someone address him with a stiff bark. He tensed up, his teeth gritting together in absolute fright, his hair going on edge as he straightened himself to a shaky salute. "I-I'm sorry, Sir! I had trouble with the harness..." He admitted, his tone trailing off with embarrassment. "B-but what are my orders, S-Sir?" Opening his eyes that he had shut in absolute fright, he looked over at the girl. Hannah Stow... a name and face that was all too familiar with his family. Sure, he could remember other soldiers and important figures, but the very air in his lungs was making him nauseous. His absolute terror didn't help. How did any of his family even survive this?

Jak jumps back and nods at Mikotos comment. Then, without wasting a step, he jumps forward at Mikoto faking a punch with his right hand, while using the momentum to spin a kick Mikoto in the head.
If Mikoto hadn't been prepared, he would have certainly gotten knocked aside by that spin kick. However, he most certainly was prepared, and not about to get another hit from Jak so quickly. "Keeping on your toes, I see. Good," Mikoto smiled as he gripped Jak's ankle, using the initiative's momentum to spin him around and deflect him, giving him the opportunity to swing his shin into Jak's side. " But I won't let you win that easily," he reminded, digging his feet into the ground for another attack. The drill sergeant studied him, checking that his blows were not too harsh. Mikoto would charge him with another kick, which could be blocked with Jak's arm if he recovered quickly enough, that could be followed with a potential knock back and a speed attack. At best, that was what the sergeant anticipated.
Jak spins around to where he is facing Mikoto only to see a kick aimed for his side a second to late. Jak then takes the blow and quickly reaches to grab Mikotos leg with his arm. If successfully grabbed, Jak would the proceed to push Mikoto forwards, scheming to make him fall and deliver his final bow. If Jak does not successfully grab Mikotos leg, he would then proceed jump back and take a couple deep breathes to ease the pain in his side, and wait for Mikoto to make a move.
Mikoto was taken by surprise. His face scrunched up as his leg was grabbed, shaking it and hopping with his only foot on the ground, trying to jerk it out of Jak's hold. He managed to wrench his leg free, stumbling back. That was really quite close.
Jak smirks as Mikoto slips loose of his grip. Jaks face then scrunches up as the pain from his side hits him hard. "Guess ill have to put everything on this one." he mumbles to himself while taking a deep breathe. Jak would then ignore the pain in his side while dashing towards Mikoto, aiming to finish the fight. Jak begins with to right punches, the first aimed for Mikotos stomach and the second his chest. Jak then would try to stay as close as he could to Mikoto as he then starts to punch with both hands. Jak punches would slow down after everyone as Jak kept punching at Mikoto..
Although he tried to prepare himself, Mikoto ended up getting a solid punch in the gut, knocking the air from him well enough to send him back. His arms reflexively blocked what he could, but Jak's recoil was much swifter than he had anticipated. He would have given a smart remark and called the trainee maggot again, but he didn't have the time nor the breath to do so. He was on the defensive, breathing ragged as he blocked as many punches as he could manage. A shot behind the knees would certainly trip him, and then he'd be quite vulnerable for a final attack.

It was quite sudden when a young female appeared in the area, dawning a Military Police jacket. Yellow eyes glazed over everything with an apparent degree of dissatisfaction, folding her arms as she watched the fight between Mikoto and Jak. Although she was very stealthy in her appearance, any person of the MP being around was certainly liable to stick out like a soar thumb, and attract the attention of many, without fail.
Jak stops his barrage of punches to end it with one final punch, but stops halfway as the pain in his side increases. Jak takes a few steps back, holding his side, then falls onto the ground. "Well, i guess this would be a draw would it not?" Jak says to Mikoto, seeing he was also in pain. Jak then looked up at the sky waiting for a response..
The drill sergeant held his gut, where the strongest of the strikes had landed. He walked over with a slight stagger. "No, you..." Mikoto took a deep breath, somehow. "You had quit a gut punch, there. A solid hit like that deserves to pass, maggot," he smiled, holding out a hand for Jak. "If you can get up, that is."

The Military Police girl paraded into earshot of the on-goings, and looked very slightly impressed. Although that was the care, the ginger-haired young woman still looked bored. At least, it appeared to be boredom at first glance. With a better look, she seemed impatient, but also quite curious of the events transpiring. In fact, Elin appeared to be a girl who must've just recently left the trainees.
