Crap I gotta get something I completely forgot about that! Ughh...if only this money were real! Okay umm...what would she like? Maybe... His thoughts began to move through different gifts that she might like, though nothing seem to strike him as the perfect gift. And he needed to find the perfect one! Herald gave a quick sigh of embarrassment and looked up. "Well I'm not anymore kitten. I'm pretty sure I could swallow you in one bite," he told her, obviously teasing.

Mirai muffled a small laugh before looking around for any signs of the portal. She glanced towards Herald and Emma who were having a conversation of their own. They have quite a relationship... an odd one... she thought as her gaze went back towards searching for the portal.
Emma's eye twitched and she hissed at Herald as he continued to tease her. "Still not funny! Especially now!" she snapped. "And by chance can you quit holding me like this? I am beginning to loose feeling in my neck." she asked, her tails which appeared to be on fire, swayed slightly in mid air.

Well in any case, the issue with Nariaki has been settled and they were all progressing rather quickly through the chapters. Mirai continued moving, trying to find the portal still. It seemed Nariaki and Fatalis were finished talking. She sighed as it seemed the portal leading to the book would be a bit difficult to find.
Emma grinned before jumping up and climbing onto Herald's shoulder "Way ahead of you." she said as she stood on his shoulder.

N - Kishin[Black / White] N knew this was the best he was going to get from Fatalis, and kept moving. Moving side-by-side with him after having caught up easily, he spoke, to everyone. "Best for everyone to know before we stand before the portal, but some of you may not know that at the center of the book, our destination, holds a untold amount of madness, presumably high... Asked Texas, glancing down at himself as he realized his voice was deeper again. He looked back up at N again, now in his true form. "Like as in you have a boat or something?" He paused for a moment. "I remember last time was a really close call, but Shira was able to protect us from the madness due to her Shinigami powers, but we don't have that now. What's your plan?" Meanwhile, Herald looked over at Emma as she jumped onto his shoulder before looking back at N. He had a large amount of madness in his body. Overloading on it was a definite possibility if there was a substantial amount of madness in the area. That wouldn't be pretty. "Explain your plan," he said, wondering what N could do to protect against madness.

N - Kishin[Black / White] N nodded, still moving forward. "My shadow beneath me is resistant to the wavelength of madness... If we move into the next chapter with everyone inside of it, we should be able to move, free of harm." He looked down at his shade, squinting a bit as he worked to make his shadow larger for more people to fit. It was difficult to do so, if only because his shadow was not like others. O.C.C:

Mirai followed near N "The only concern I have is if we end up coming across some sort of creature. I don't think we would find one there but still..." she said "But that is the best plan of action or else we risk this entire mission falling apart."
Emma only listened to the plan before glancing at Herald. She seemed alright with it but she could only worry about the others at this point.

While he had no problems with it, he intentionally stayed away from the others, as to not get in range of N's shadow. "I will be okay on my own." he told them. "I am a being born and made of madness, no matter the amount, I will remain unaffected." Fatalis said as the mystery around him only deepened then. There weren't that many people who can handle this madness, let alone a doll. Will I be bound in chains Herald and Texas both felt the same way about the plan: there seemed to be no other solution. They would have to trust N even though they didn't know his capabilities. "Very well, I'm ready," Herald told N. "Yeah, ready when you are!" Texas said.

He was sure that Fatalis had his reasons, perhaps just simply distrust or he felt it unnecessary due to his form, but N knew it was in his personality. "Then it is settled; when we arrive, everyone will arrange in my shade before we continue. Fatalis will move ahead of us, since he will probably be the only one capable of true free movement to handle anything that may suddenly appear." O.C.C:
