Zihyu pushed her thoughts to the side for the moment as she wandered to where she saw a new fragment and then it moved off to the side where she thought she saw it. She moved to grab it again and it shifted again. Zihyu looked un-amused.

Before she could even stand up, there was another one. Through no fault of her own, Aima found herself trapped in memories.
This one was more cryptic. The smell of peanut butter and chocolate, mixing together in front of her. The soft hiss of batter on a pan. Butter. Warmth.
The ruins were cold. She missed the memory and she missed the goddess.

Zauus headed back towards Zihyu who was farther than she expected. She wondered if she had wandered that far in her little encounter with the Goddess. "Did you find any more?" She asked, looking at Zihyu's pile of fragments. She counted in her head. Four! "You're almost there!" She exclaimed happily.

At this rate, she would never stand up. Not with the way the fragments were falling around her like rain. This one nestled in her braid, finding a spot for itself in the roots of her hair.
A cage. Screaming. Blood.
Aima didn't want to remember that memory in detail.

She snatched at the fragment again and it seemed to slip out of her grip rather stubbornly as if it didn't want to be grasped. The sound of encouragement was welcome but Zihyu still pouted over at Zauus, "But it still isn't five!"
It couldn't be helped. She was being denied something she wanted.

Zauus laughed softly as she pet Zihyu's hair with a hand. "Keep trying! You are so close." She encouraged. It felt natural to do this even if she didn't quite understand why. The pout that Zihyu showed made Zauus want to see Zihyu smile again. Pouts really were not becoming on anyone. "What about that one?" She pointed to one that was inside an abandoned subway train, sitting comfortably on the seat inside. How to get in was the problem.

Aima found a large subway, one that she felt like she'd seen multiple times. It seemed to cover the entirety of the area, but Aima wasn't about to make an exaggerations. It might have been large, but she might have also been small. Either or.
She wandered to the machine, looking for a way in. It seemed as though all of the doors were jammed.
Well this was a predicament.

It took the other girl turning for her to fully push herself from where the two had collided, or more correctly slammed into the other. Viola'i held what was apparently now more solidly her nose, pressing it down probably a little worse than how it had originally pressed into Impah.
"Aa, no," She began, her voice surprisingly soft and nasally, "Was me." A few more words until she was properly raising her eyes and blinking owlishly at the two before her. Oh, there was another one, a boy. Huh, his voice sounded familiar.
There probably could have been many questions she could have asked right now, like the pressing ones she had been wanting answered when she first came to be and first came to this place. And probably who these two were, but what came out was actually, "Are those ears?" Really it was something for the both of them, as her free hand brushed the side of her own head to feel if they would be shaped as theirs.

Being faced with a new obstacle now that the fresh fragment was located she started to wander toward it. The sound of a 'Hello' made her echo it back.
Zihyu glanced over at Zauus, "So, how do we get in?" As if she hadn't suddenly shouted. Very natural.

Somewhere down the line, Aima found one door that was jammed open with a fragment. While reaching for the crystal, the door screeched open, causing the crystal and Aima to fall in.
As soon as she was in, the door snapped shut again. She was alone.
Seeing as there was nothing else to do, Aima picked up the gem. More screaming and ... bubbles. The sea. Expansive water, endless water.
"Is anyone there?!" Would she be alone like this forever? Picking up tiny pieces of her soul for eternity? Perhaps this was purgatory. She saw a face on the outside of the train. "HELP," she mouthed to the figures.

"It looks like someone else beat us to it." She pointed to the braided girl who picked up a fragment, but was now trapped inside the subway train.
"Helloooooo in there." Zauus hoped her voice would reach all the way to the inside of the train. Help. The words, though unspoken was mouthed. "We have to help her." Zauus said in a panicked kind of voice. She was sure that the train offered little to no threat, but it was still scary to be stuck in there alone. She looked around for a broken window or a half opened door that the two of them could prop open.

Amir Rose looks to him for a moment, before she looks away as she nods "Yea, but none of it makes any sense to me. So I'm not really trying to figure it out?" she smiles as she reached for another that floats by her shoulder. Clasping it in her hand, she waits.
"Rainbows jelly snake."
That one had to be the most confusing out of the four she caught. With a long sigh, she placed it away before she looks to him. Tiekash, that was actually a very interesting name as well "Well its nice to meet you, Tiekash."

Zihyu didn't have long to pout over the lack of her own newly gotten fragment when she suddenly found one stuck in between the doors of where the new individual was trapped.
She had only given Zauus a small nod of acknowledgement after she spotted the fragment. Maybe it could help loosen something up?
There was no question about her reaching out to grab it and with a pull or two she yanked it out.
The doors slid open with a soft rusty creak and Zihyu fell on her rear.
