Mayor Twihard wanted to gun for the idea of drawing Samantha Grisby in a Playboy Bunny outfit while keeping to mind the fact that Grisby has Veela blood somewhere in her veins. Sometime after that she wants to try her hand at drawing a bikini-clad Grisby after she got the results of Playboy Bunny Grisby to learn from first. Is this reasonable to know so far?

Doodling some outfits wouldn't take someone away this long; Perhaps she found a secret love of art and enrolled in a focused class of some sort?
If she has, we're bound to hear from her again in a few weeks at least. If we don't, it might be safe to assume she's ill, dead, or very occupied.

True enough.
Regardless it never hurts to ask those on her friends list if they know how Mayor Twihard is fairing recently, would it?
She also meant for a mob of students that aren't so-well-trusted to get their lusts aimed at Grisby to be unleashed as only the Staff and some of the most trustworthy students go to hold off the mobs until a bikini-clad Grisby could escape, and some time after the mob is dealt with Grisby's more violent side might show up.

Considering Grisby's looks, yes Grisby need be bikini-clad.
As for the latter two, hang on I'm asking someone else with Photobucket if they know how to contact anyone else they'd know from there.

Short shift at work; that said, I'll try to bring the guild network post up again and SNAFU has a Potions teachers in the profile. Will we be needing a Potions classroom or will we be reliant on individual research outside of the guild?

We will probably need a Potions classroom, except this time we are gonna have to make a lot of advances with Potion-crafting even by the standards of Snape's and Slughorn's respective times, because for all their astounding results, the MoMs in general(In Britain at least) are still horrifically behind so if Slughorn hasn't retired at this time yet, it would make sense for Slughorn to have an assistant or something in case Slughorn is busy or something like that.
After all, we need new ways to get more Speed-Doubling Potions, new Flight Potions, new Defensive Potions more potent than what we can find in the games, more Magic Potions that can be used as Grenades than just the ones from the games noted earlier, the even finer works we're gonna have to do.

I could find some existing potions, but I doubt you'd have enough to make a plotline.

Unless we're thinking of more viable alternate ways to make said potions if it makes sense.
Think about it, would you rather be caught requiring hours to make working potions at a push, or would you rather get it done in minutes, for example?

Fair enough on other Realm Potions.
I suspect that the Dresden Files segment of the Butcher side is already too many steps ahead in regards to Potions and Elixirs in terms of developments, we're gonna have to step it up a couple of notches for sure.
