Elvira Ariadne "I can talk for myself!" She huffed, even though she was secretly glad Klaus had taken the lead in the conversation. She would never admit it, but talking to strangers was always hard for her. Especially someone like Mei. It made her self conscious just being near someone who was so obviously better looking and more composed than her. "I'll bet she's a better weapon, too." She thought sadly. In order to hide her red cheeks, and with the hope of finding something on her trigger-happy tendencies, she looked down at the page Klaus had pointed out and shook her hair loose so it would hide her face.

Klaus noticed Elvira's actions, thinking she was upset over something, but over something else. He gently places his hand on her head, petting her hair a little in hopes of making her feel better. He would say something, but he felt that Elvira didn't want him to say anything. He thought maybe he should just talk with the other girl, so it didn't seem like there was a problem. "So, Miss Demon Blade, d-do you have a... partner yet?"
Hikaru simply stared back at her and smiled. You don't need to worry about me. I'm not going to end up in a predicament like that again. Also...please don't cry in front of me, you'll make me feel as if I'm a cold hearted monster." Personally Hikaru preferred Roslyn's fury over Xuza's tears anyway. It wasn't nice making someone feel so bad about themselves, for a moment he was disgusted with himself. "I'm not going to let the people of Cairo's deaths in vain, I'll avenge them and put a stop to his tyranny." Taking the book he examined the cover carefully and concluded that it should help, if not understand how his powers work. "Thank you Xuza. I won't let him get away with this...and I won't be the burden next time either. It's my job to assist Shibusen, I may be autonomous at the moment but that doesn't mean I can't aid well."

Xuza was running out of things to say; now she felt like the bad guy.
"Um... I, well, I didn't mean it like that...." "You were doing what you thought was right, protecting your meister. How were you to know she would be absorbed into madness? I could feel it everywhere after I pulled you out of it, but especially from Torax... it was the same." She was definitely sharper now.
"I also felt this strange feeling, and all around I saw blue orbs floating. I think... I can perceive his powers--visually."
Elvira Ariadne That caught her attention. She did want to know if Mei had a partner yet. So she lifted her head a little, waiting for her to answer. She still wanted to hide her face, though, since her cheeks were still red. It didn't help that having her hair petted felt really nice.
JJ walked through the Halls of the DWMA and looked around, she saw a sign for the library and b-lined for it. It was a beautiful place, she couldn't help but to twirl amongst its vast aisles and sing her favorite song:
" Will you ever win? She is like a cat in the dark and then she is the darkness she rules her life like a fine skylark and when the sky is starless All your life you've never seen woman taken by the wind "
She laughed and looked at all the book, humming to herself. This was a place that was forbidden to her once before, but with the unification of the DMA and the DWMA... she was as happy as a pig in the sun.
There was a bit of silence, and Xuza was running low on things to say that weren't about her and Hikaru again. Just then she heard a lovely, if not obtuse, voice singing its way through the library.
JJ turned and looked at the young girl that stood there... obviously something had happened and she was attempting to deal with it. She walked towards her with her palms facing her and a warm smile " Whats so wrong with singin? You know that it enhances a positive mood... and well... it's just good for the soul. " She twirled and sang alittle more before leaning on the end of a shelf " It's been almost 80 years since I walked the halls... I'm gonna sing all I want. " She winked at the girl, giving the impression that she was nearly harmless.
JJ looked at her and laughed " Makeup? goodness no, this is all natural. " She laughed and looked up at the ceiling, she sighed heavy and walked to that Xusa and all of her friends could see her " Well, I guess I should introduce myself. " She took off her small black brimmed hat and looked at everyone " I'm Jocasta James, The Fabled Witch of Resurgence. " She smiled and giggled to herself, that was her apparent title at the DMA so that how she was going to introduce herself " That title sounds spiffy, some new witches called me that and I was like 'I like the sound of that'."
JJ looked at the girl and made a face like she was hanging in anticipation " like... " She laughed and walked up to the girl, they were now face to face and JJ looked at her with a smile " Like asking ones soul to return to his form without the cost of my own vitality and life. "
She laughed and looked at her friends, fellow Meisters and Weapons " I'm not here to kill you or take whatever power you have. I love Meisters, I fought alongside Meisters. "

Xuza glanced over at Hikaru. Witches made her nervous. If it came down to it, could I wield Hikaru? "Well, that's good to hear at least. Sorry, but I'm a little shy around witches lately." She showed her one of her wings, which was an off white shade now. "hah... You say you've fought with us, huh? Then you know what happened in Cairo?" She looked at Hikaru again, as if to beg him to say something.
Hikaru truly was grateful for everything that Xuza had helped him with up to this point. And she just continued to prove her worth as she went on. As he was about ask more about how she could perceive his powers he heard a beautiful voice. After Xuza became acquainted with the women he just stood in the background wondering if he should leave or not. Instead of awkwardly standing there he opened the book on electromagnetism, trying to blend in with the library. This couldn't stop him from listening however, he couldn't help but to hear the conversation. Eighty years...? I expected as much, a witch. How uncommon Hikaru thought it was to meet one here, he wasn't going to discriminate though. Not every witch was evil, and the same as well for demons and other creatures. While Hikaru's intention to read so he could avoid standing awkwardly, it just made him more shady standing there reading. Oh for goodness sakes this is ridiculous Hikaru, and this isn't you at all. Just introduce yourself. Hikaru closed the book and held it as he cleared his throat. "Hello miss, it is a pleasure meeting you. That's quite a title you have there, my name is just Hikaru Nakashima. I'm just another demon weapon that goes to this school so I could learn to control my powers. You have a lovely voice miss by the way."

"I thought you lost your voice." Xuza laughed.
"Yes, quite a title... Do you know what it means?"
"She can bring a person back to life without giving up anything. Just, poof, command life back into a person." She glanced at the book and what its presence meant.
