Melvin was still riding Soldier's shoulders when they were walking through the crowd, looking around for anything that wasn't smelling of rot or covered in bugs. What caught his eye was something bright, frilly, and very vibrant. The booth was overflowing with bright candies, and there seemed to be two rather normal looking girls dressed very nicely.
"Oh! Oh! Rrrrrr - Soldier! Over there!" He said, pointing to the right. "I haven't been there!" He was all but bouncing on her shoulders. Quote: Melvin is a little, ram demon.

Rin was easily steered over to the new booth. It was really quite curious and he found himself staring down what appeared to be a pumpkin container full of slips of paper with a pad beside it. He reached for a pen and wrote 'Soldier' on a piece of paper before slipping it inside. At least he knew that was him for the time being. Once he was done he tore off an extra piece and held the pen and paper up for Melvin to grab, "Maybe we will win more minis Kuzzy?" He certainly hoped so as the wagon was looking particularly baron without Melvin riding around in it.

...Pin the ... shirt on the ... man chest?
Those were some sparkly man chests.
Tilting her head, Serafina looked at them closely, running her tongue over her bottom lip as she neared the booth. Alright, fine, she would play this game. It could be fun! Maybe she'd successfully pin a shirt on a ... boy. Then she wouldn't really have to look at them as much and that might resolve a few problems.
Coughing, Serafina closed her eyes and stepped forward, shirt out in front of her.
... Well. That was awkward placement.
Apparently it was still enough to get her something, though! Cool! Serafina grinned, stepping back from the somewhat awkwardly covered man chest. Well, at least it would help leave some ghouls alone... If they were blind.Dragain Pita-Pita please! SN: seiana

Melvin reached out, and with pen and paper in hand, looked around for a place to write. "Hmmm. Hold still a sec." He then used Soldier's head to write down 'Kuzco' on the paper, and then held it down for Soldier to take. "I really do need more minis. I have so little." So many experiments and so few to test them on.
Holding onto Soldier's head, he looked around. "Hey, look. Seems this is the cosmo booth." He pointed at the shirtless men pictures. There was one of a rotted body and he made a face.

"Yeah," Rin reached up to take the pen and paper back, stuffing the paper in the pumpkin and setting the pen back where it belonged. "I don't have very many either... and... well... other things to discuss later." He really hoped they got good money for the minis they did turn in. He could do for some new... things... that only money could buy.
That train of thought slipped right into the gutter as he noticed bare man chests and approached for a closer look. Peering up at Melvin, "You wanna play?"

Anthe walked up to the booth with the man chests. She was ready to put a shirt on that nakedness! She was blindfolded and spun around. Assuredly dizzy she advanced toward the man of her choice, and tried to pin the shirt on.
She then heard a yelp. She uncovered her eyes and was me by a shirt hanging off another person....oops! Anthe apologized profusely and was very embarrassed.

Deciding to give the pin-the-shirt-on-the-boil game one more time before Fright Night ended, Aedan picked up one of the shirts, allowing the blindfold to be fastened around his eyes...and away he went!
Apparently, luck was with him, as he'd successfully pinned a shirt on one of the boil's chests.Dragain Can I claim a consolation prize instead of the minipet prize? <3

Pin the tail on the man chest?! Natalia looked at the chests with a slight blush. Who comes up with games like this? Never the less, Natalia decided to try it anyway...Those chests did need to be covered up didn't they?
She managed to pin a shirt on that pretty grey skinned boil's chest! It wouldn't be distracting no more! Natalia rejoiced and did a little dance before correcting herself and her posture. She hopped no one saw that.

It was a while into the festival did some Halloween denizens - and hunter golems - realize that there was a minipet following them in the air, holding onto the ribbon of a small box with their name on it. Once he was spotted, the minipet would gently drop the box at their feet, and then fly off, presumably to deliver more of these boxes.
Inside was a name card for 'Silk Webs' - complete with a website address - as well as a highly decorated egg that felt warm to the touch. It was not difficult to guess where the gift came from.
[OOC Note:
The Victorian Lace minipet is an IC minipet, given out exclusively through Silk Webs orps/prps/events. Very few people have it through OOC means, so feel free to use it in RPs! Junko and Lizzy will definitely recognize the minipet in RP too, if you use it.
For students/horsemen, feel free to use it as one of your main pets if you like, since you won it ICly through this booth. For hunters, because you won the minipet with your hunter character, if you have a student or horseman character, they can't have it as their main pet/possess it ICly since it wouldn't make sense. :'D
