As Rai stood before him, Atticus would not even look at him, instead he would fall to the ground in despair. Then as Rai took some of his blood and placed it on his lips, Atticus would feel a rush of power swell into his body. Feeling the power, Atticus would look at his hands as his wounds were beginning to heal as well as his energy being restored. Looking up at Rai, Atticus would have a dark and intense look in his eyes, "I did not ask for your help, nor do I need it." he said as he stood up. "Don't speak as if you know me. Don't treat me like some charity case. I will obtain what I have lost on my own, without your help." As he said that Victoria and Rai would then leave, that is when he heard roars coming from the warehouse where Harold was.

Atticus would see Shira and Michi arrive at the warehouse, seconds before he did. Looking at the state Harold was in, Atticus would transform his left hand into a sword and make his way towards the mob, "I've had enough of this hiding around like cowards. I am done with covering up my identify and pretending to be one of you." Atticus said as his soul grew darker and his eyes glowed white, "I, Atticus Eternia, Demon King, hereby declare..." walking towards the mob Atticus would hold up his blade as if he was going to kill them, "...this will be the rebirth of all demons and I will lead them into a better world. A world without filthy humans." Suddenly Atticus would lunge towards the man and pierce him in his shoulder, "I'm done with all of this." he said as the man screamed in pain.

Never again...

The man calmed down slightly as Shira spoke. "I just-" he stopped as Atticus cut him off and the crowd turned to look at him. There were cries and gasps from the crowd as Atticus turned his arm into a sword and declared himself the Demon King who would rid the world of humans. The man had no time to react as Atticus pierced him through the shoulder. The cries turned to screams as the people ran to the other side of the warehouse, trying to stay as far away from the weaponmeisters as they could. The man cried out in pain and fell down, holding his shoulder. "You! You liar!" He yelled at Shira. He looked up at Atticus. "Monsters! All of you! The DWMA! Demons! There's no difference!"

"Monster? You dare call me a monster?" Atticus asked as he watched the man fall to the ground, "The monsters here are you humans. I now know why I wished to give up my humanity long ago. It is because unlike humans, demons do not hide their their natures and wear false masks. You humans are nothing but a weak race, determined to live by forcing others to become your slaves and object of your hatred." Atticus said as he walked towards the man and pointed his blade at him, just as Shira would grab it and try to calm him. "Shira, I no longer see the value of protecting humans who only sees us as monsters, abominations." he said looking back at Shira, "You will witness the Demon King's awakening here and now. I've grown tired of playing like I'm one of you, I'm tired of being this weak human person."

Hearing Harold, Atticus would look over at him, "You do this to my comrade and for what? Because he was a monster as you speak. Despite risking his life to save you, you were to blinded by your own hate to see his good intentions." As he spoke, Atticus would hear a child's voice and look over towards the little kid. "I don't care what you have to say, hate me, despise me, it no longer affects me." he said as he walked towards the man, removing Shira's hand from his blade and would then place it at the man's throat, that was when he heard a woman's voice. Looking over towards her, Atticus would look somewhat sympathetic, "I could care less about your children. From what I've already seen, you have passed down your bigotry and hatred to them as well. So to me the are already corrupted." he said as he sighed and began thinking about his past and Shira's words, "I'm not going to harm your children or you, for now." he stated as he transformed his hand back to normal, "Killing you would be pointless anyway."

Turning his back, Atticus would begin to walk away with Shira, until he heard the man call him and Harold pet monsters. "Harold, I know that you want revenge on these vermin, but we will have to wait. So until then..." In an instance Atticus would transform his left hand into a blade and turned to slice off the man's left arm. "I hope this will ease your hunger for revenge." Atticus said as he would kick the man's arm over towards Harold. "The day of Awakening shall come soon enough. Just wait until then, Harold." Turning back around, Atticus would stare at Shira, "I will accept any punishment that you or Lord Death will deal out for my actions here." he spoke, in a very cold manner.

The man frown at Shira as she tossed him the envelope. He waited until she had turned her back before he grudging reached for it and slipped it in his breast pocket. Harold slid along the wall towards the door, grabbing some of the warehouse shelves for support as he walked. Just then Atticus turned and sliced the man's arm off. "ARGGG!" He screamed as Atticus kicked it towards Harold. "Very nice," Harold said as he swallowed it whole. The man fell over on his side, holding his stump of an arm. Harold turned to watch Shira walk out the door without a glance at him. "Apparently this is "be ungrateful to Harold" day. I'm done with this." With that Harold flashed and turned back into Eric.

"Ugh...wha..?" Asked Eric as he looked around. He saw the man sitting in a puddle of blood and the wrecked warehouse. "Ah, no! I'm sorry mister did Harold do this!?" He asked, alarmed. The man looked up at him. "GET OUT!" He roared, pointing towards the door. "Yeah, sure," said Eric, worried and confused. He began stumbling towards the door but fell on his side, too wounded to keep going. "Uhh...help?" He asked, looking at Michi, Shira and Atticus. "And tell me this whole mission...isn't as bad as it looks...?"
