Marcus smiled as he crouched down and hugged her, letting her cry as much as she wanted. He felt bad that she was feeling this bad about it that she was crying like this, but couldn't figure out what to say to make her stop crying, so he simply continued to hold her.

Marcus thought as he held her, wondering what they could do so that they could be able to take down Anubis and the three kishin. He ran his hand over Nerine's hair to try and help her settle down, humming a lullaby his sister had hummed to him when he had been sad or upset.

Marcus smiled as he lead the way towards the stairs, stopping in front of his room and smiling again. "You're welcome to come sleep in my room if you'd like." He grinned and winked before laughing and heading into his room. He sighed as he walked over to the bed stretching, before flopping down on the bed and sighing as he got comfortable.
