Hello, I'll be helping you with your Profile. Now I do have to Deny Approval.
Reason's:
1. Character Appearance. The character image is already being used by someone else. You will have to change it.
2. Rank Approval. Did you get permission to be of Espada Rank? If not you will have to request permission from the Guild's Captain. If your allowed you will be given your Combat Stats to change, if not you will have to change your Rank.
3. Biography. Please chop your Bio into Paragraphs. It's hard to read right when it's a Text Wall.
Once I get confirmation of your Rank and you edit a few things, I will re-examine your profile.

LinkWho exactly uses my character's image if you don't mind me asking? I looked through everyone's character storage and I didn't see it anywhere. Edit: Nevermind I found out what you were talking about within profile creation. A person using black rock shooter entirely as a character and abilities. I'll find something soon for my character to use.

Also, it's Robotic Zemat (Spelling?). It's not the same Image, but it is the same Character and she switches between images.

Also, it's Robotic Zemat (Spelling?). It's not the same Image, but it is the same Character and she switches between images. But you're not going to look over my attacks now and tell me if everythings good or not?

1. For your Hollow Mask, please indicate where on your Character it is located.
2. Please review your Profile. I see a lot of Grammar and Punctuation errors, for example you mention your Character to be Female but your Personality says He or His. So just check for those mistakes and edit them.
3. You did not include an Aspect of Death. All Espada Ranked Character's need one. If you don't know I could suggest Madness if your Character is Chaotic and Blood Thirsty.
4. For your Bio, I'm not 100% but I do not believe a Shinigami can become an Arrancar. Even if they can, which I doubt, She wouldn't have memories of her previous life. I'd have to check with another Mod about this.
5. Now for your Resurreccion, Right now it needs limitations. Way to over powering, especially for a first release.
6. As for the Technique Cupula de Ague, One Hundred Yard Radius is a bit much. Dial it down... A lot.
7. Explain the Ability Defensa del Ague, like how it would harm anyone close enough, what effect it has on the foe and so on.
8. The Ability Esqueleto de los Condenados needs a time limit ( Aka, Post Limit. ) In all I think it's to over powering for a First Release ability.
9. The Ability Samurai de los Cielos needs a time limit ( Aka, Post Limit. )
10. The Custom Technique Muerte sounds exactly like one of Grimmjow's Techniques... But I'll let it slide.
11. For the Ability Brillar Cero, limit it's use per battle.

There was only one area containing that and that was within the personality by mistake. 3. I haven't included the aspect because I don't know what's taken. Madness wouldn't be her she'd be destruction or wrath. 4. It's creativity as no one knows what happens to a shinigami's soul. Especially if they're bested by a arrancar. 5. Describe how it's overpowered 6. If I dial it down to the point to make you happy then everyone's going to escape it essentially making this technique a waste of space. 7. It's pure pressurized water. Pressurized water can cut through a magnitude of things. However I'll go in depth with it a bit more. 8 and 9. Do you mean how many times it can be used in battle, charge up time, or cool down? 10. It is going off grimmjow's technique as I find it useful and made something similar. 11. fine

4. It might be creative, but it has to be Canon within Guild and Bleach Universe. Also I believe when a Shinigami dies, it states they go to something similiar to Heaven or they are reborn as Human. Can't remember, but I do not believe they can revert into a Hollow to become an Arrancar.
5. You gain both an extreme Speed and Strength boost, you also gain the ability to fully manipulate an element, that being Water... Which converts to Ice. Your then also able to manipulate and shape Reishi. Elemental Manipulation itself is a very powerful Ability, the combination of Reishi Manipulation is just enough to tip the boat. I would suggest, removing the Reishi Control and exchanging it for highly condensed Water. In truth with Reishi Control added in, it becomes more of a Second Release rather then a First Release.
6. Sizing it down does not make it useless and does not mean others can easily escape. Edit it to state the size of a Soccer or Football Field. That is a sufficient size.
7. Don't explain it to me. Write it in your description. Detail is very important to us.
8 & 9. A Time limit means how long it can remain active once the Technique is used. Actually now that I think about it, you might need to limit how many times it can be used per battle.

Hmm, well then I guess you can keep it. Where I live Football fields are not 100 Yards. But then again, Football is not played the same in every country.

Also no one said it's not possible for a shinigami to become a hollow either. Theirs evidence of this even though it's through a different means. Kaien Shiba was absorbed by a hollow and his abilities were able to be used through the hollow even though he evolved into an arrancar. I don't see how it's not possible either.

Shiba Kaien was possessed by a Hollow, that is how he become one for a brief instance, however he did not become an Arrancar. The Hollow that possessed Shiba had survived and as such was able to become an Arrancar, to which that Hollows ability was to absorb the Abilities and Traits of it's hosts. As such Shiba did not at any point become an Arrancar. This is at best controversial, I asked another Mod, and he to believes it to be to undefined. Please edit your Bio.
